Hotel rooms were clean and hygienic and staff was also cooperative. It had a private place for car parking. Most importantly it is a budget-friendly hotel with all basic amenities.

The room service staff's behaviour is so worst... specially a guy who is fair in colour and wears white shirt and formals.... yadi aap is Hotel Mein checking kar rahe hain to pahle staff ke samne tour ka video aur photos Lele spcially Windows ke lock and Windows ki glasses ka Jab aap check out Karke niche chal Jaate Hain after paying all the amounts Jab aap niche Jaate Hain tab aapko all of sudden niche se upar bulakar bola jata hai ki aapane window ka lock Tod Diye Hain aur aapko iska pay krna Padega ... maine staff se bas ek extra towel manga tha uska behavior acha nhi tha so i shut the door saying nahi de paa rhe towel koi issue nahi... worst staff every hotel staff ever seen in life.... specially for womens staff womens se bahut bure tarike se bat krta hai

I have stay for 2 days overall experience was good but I think there is required improvement in service. I have asked for drinking water it takes 30 minutes then it was provided secondly linens should be clean properly since we are used pillow & bed sheet have some stain on it

The hotel is located in a prime area of the city, very close to the bus stand, which makes it quite convenient to reach. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the services are just average. There are no facilities for late check-out, which was a bit disappointing. The food was okay—not great, but not bad either. Overall, it was a decent experience, suitable for a short stay or transit visit.

Last 10 year we are stay in shri naryana hotel but this time we are not happy we are stay three days no TV connection in room no hot water Ac is one day not work but staff is good behaviour but maintenance is very poor this time
