Hotel Shree Palace

Hotel room I stayed was good, neat and clean. It is a value for money as far as room is concerned. Now here starts bad part 1. I was having breakfast in restaurant and went to washroom in the reception lobby. It was extremely dirty like most of the dirtiest Indian railways platforms. E. G. : No water, broken taps, cigarette buds every where etc. 2. Room service was poor. I had to call several times to place any order as no one was picking the call. 3. I reached Katra early morning around 05:30 am. Reception guy mentioned check in time 12am and asked me to pay early check in charges Rs 500 per room. There were only 4-5 occupied rooms in the Hotel Shree Palace still they charged me early check in charge which I was never heard of. 4. Food quality was average.

This Hotel Shree Palace is nearer to helipad and Hotel Shree Palace provides free drop and pick up facilities to helipad. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. Rooms are good and well maintained. Only toilets are having problem of water collection at some places but Hotel Shree Palace should provide toiletries. Having said that, overall experience was very good and I will definitely recommend this Hotel Shree Palace for your stay.

Rooms were good. Location was nearer to the Katra railway station, that we can reach in just 3-4 minutes via cab or auto... And walking distance is about 10 minutes. Service man was available on time... I. E. No delay in services. Bathrooms were also clean... At the end, I will give 4/5 remarks to this Hotel Shree Palace. 1 remark is deducted for TV cable... Because our room TV was not working properly.. That's it. Hotel Shree is good.

Hotel location is fine. They offer pick and drop facility from anywhere near about you want to go. Food they offer is delicious. Good Hotel Shree Palace to go for if you are on a family trip. Front staff was sometimes little less responsive and yes don't call them after 12 in morning if you want any pick up facility because they won't answer your call. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We booked through website and had apprehension on the quality. After reaching there we realised that our choice was excellent. Good location, good food, rooms and very caring staff. Lovely property, peaceful location and nicely decorated. Hotel staff were friendly and mature they used to take care of all your need to have comfortable stay. Excellent vegetarian food.

The Hotel is near to Railway Station and it is a Hotel of Value for Money. The Rooms are clean and spacious. The foods are good but only thing is there is a problem in Service in Restaurant as there are only two people manage the Restaurant and in Peak Season there is problem to manage Guests. Overall it is a nice Hotel Shree Palace and the stay was comfortable.

We had a major problem in getting the timely service, otherwise it is manageable. We had taken free breakfast, that also restaurant was not aware of we have to give details to then after than only we got this, which suppose to be done by them only. Driver was not available for 40 Min. Pick-up and Drop service is required which is not managed.

My stay in Shree Palace was good I felt happy check-in was fast simple. Room was also good easel traced location reachable to all locations that too free drop to helipad was also helpful. Food was also up to reach felt happy with what provided roti Charla subji. Over all you can go stay without any hesitation. I will return back if in Katra.

Located in perfect place. Texi service to banganga is excellent and the driver was most helpful. But room service is not satisfactory. Hot tea is not available in any time. I was called two time for hot tea ... But negative reply from room service in both time.

Nice stay at the Hotel Shree Palace with family while we were on our trip to Shree Vaishno Devi . . Rooms - clean and spacious with attached balcony facing the mountains. Facilities were up to the mark, food was good too. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Totally worth. Stayed there for two days with family. It is totally worth. Staff, food, other arrangements like pick and drop was managed by them only. Everything was very nice. Truly value + as suggested by makemytrip. I will suggest everyone to go for this.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Whereas towels are not cleanto the mark. Food is good and tasty. Not more varieties but taste is good. Service is very bad in terms the gycer is not working on first day but it works good on next day.

Nice but they need to improve their food and also wifi was not available in the rooms, as wifi was reachable in the hall only. Also if they can provide pickup and drop service to the market then that will be more good.

Nice Hotel Shree Palace in Katra. They provided cab service to the helipad which was good. Hotel is 10 min away from the helipad. Food was good. Room was clean and decent. Definitely worth the money paid. Helpful staff.

The Hotel Shree Palace is at peaceful location, rooms n washroom are neat n clean, but the food provided by the restaurant is not upto mark, they don't follow any protocol such as morning tea, fixed breakfast timings, the food menu is also very limited. If u order tea, they might even deny serving u one.

A nice place to stay at Katra, good hospitality, food was good and every staff of this Hotel Shree Palace was very helpful. View from balcony was awesome. I enjoyed my stay here and in future when ever I came Katra, Mata ji darshan I will stay here only.
