Average hotel only suitable for group of boys

We stayed here in Feb 2020. We were a group of 6 boys. Hotel staff is not supportive. For hot water, I asked almost 3 times. Every time he said it will be available in 5 minutes and this way he almost wasted our 1 hour. Our room was on 3 rd floor. There is no lift in the hotel so not suitable for elder people. Room cleanliness was not up to the mark. Overall an average stay. Not suitable for a family. Only suitable for a group of young people.

Worst room, beds and blankets were not clean. No parking and lift facility too. Even blankets were toned and stinking smell. Do not suggest this hotel to any one and more over the rating given in the website I doubt on. Western Toilets without flusher and hot water was not frequent.

It's suitable for an overnight stay. Best to be visited in the month of December. Room was good too small. It doesn't have windows for ventilation. Double bed is good for couple. Not for family of 3.
