Terrible hotel, experience to live with lots of insects

Insects were freely moving inside the room. Room service is very poor I have to call multiple time for a single order. I have arrived at hotel at 6:40 pm. My train timing was 10 pm on 12th nov. I requested them to keep room till 6 pm. But they denied it for online booking. They told 24 hour booking facility is only available for offline booking, not for online booking. They did not listen any thing. So I have to book another hotel.

room and amenities is ok but needs to improve morning breakfast menu and arrangements either if any customer pay for stay with breakfast kindly your team connect with customer with menu and take the order and prepare without waiting time for order and make food system. either make the buffe system and also add some fruits and fruits platter.

The location is good and accessible from the railway station having good connectivity. the room was in bad shape. the bedsheets were not changed and the room was smelling with ciggerate smoke and buds were there in dustbin. there was no toiletry or shaving kit as mentioned during booking. we had to call twice to room service to get towels which was dirty and shabby. the room service staff were a bit rude and was peeping inside room affecting privacy. in night there were power cut two times. the fan was making a lot of noise .The AC was full of noise there was no geyser in washroom. The security staff was good but the other stars were quite rude. there was no tea or coffee kit. the room appeared to be smaller than what was promised. overall I would say not worth the money. you can get much better rooms in same rate with very good facilities.
