Restrauant service was not good, Not very healthy and hygienic. Rest is fine.

the property was clean and well kept. owners was peaceful and happy to support.. enough space for bike parking

The rooms looks like dharamshala rooms and does not deserve a penny more than 500 bucks. No restaurant was there. They are cooking in kitchen for staff and can cook for u. Bed sheets and blankets are old, torn, smelly. Moreover the place is quite far from temple, and nothing is available there. But yes the hotel has an electric rikshaw which they will be using for pick n drop for free. No lifts in the hotel. No electric kettle, no mini refrigerator. Nothing

We were shifted to hotel surya inn due to power breakdown at the hotel, hotel manager of rk balaji is a very nice person, surya inn is good and it is quite near to the temple

The hotel was good at the rate which was provided by the hotel, everything was ok, but only problem was electricity. They were not providing ac facility during power cut, restaurant facility was also not available, rest was ok

Terrible experience, manager was rude, disgusting room, it literally stinker, no cleanliness was maintained, bed sheets were old and stinky, manager literally denied breakfast service, despite mentioning they had restaurant in mmt they refused on face that they neither are nor willing to serve, i will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms and facility are excellent but services are average

The hotel is not worth for money. The bed sheets were not clean. The intercoms not working. We had to walk down to the reception to get the work done. The cable tv was also not working. On enquiring we were told that the monkeys in the area must have turned the dish. Didn’t have much staff so the room service was slow. No dg back up. The ac doesn’t work if there is no electricity.

Hotel staff behaviour was good, hotel room was cleaned and best thing was foot massager was there. E-rickshaw service was free of cost. Overall experience was very good for me.

Cleanliness ok ac geysers ok. Furniture made of steel instead of wood,. Wood is better. Parking good rickshaw service ok. Staff ok. Badsheet were not clean. Tower was very dirty.

This hotel is situated approx 1 km distance from bala ji temple. They have erickshaw to drop and pickup. Staff is very friendly. Food is above quality and equivalent to home made. They have massager machine also where any one can sit and relax. They have park for children. Overall best hotel

Wonderful stay and pleasant behaviour of staff

The rooms are well organised. Space is utilised to facilitate almost everything a family need. It was nice stay overthere.

Visited with the family the lord balaji at mahendipur. Had a night's stay in the hotel. It was poorly occupied, maybe because of the severe cold.

Very nice stay with a decent park with kids slides and availability of erikesha for to and from to temple. I would recommed to this hotel if you ate visiting at mehandipur balaji temple.

Location is awesome and there is ample of parking space

It's been a wonderful experience staying at the hotel, the support staff is very helpful and provides amazing home made food. It's a beautiful property and one can also sit and hand around in the wonderful garden area as well.
