The Hotel Hotel Shubham Celebrations Kompally, Hyderabad is one of the worst hotels I eve stayed in. It's not having basic necessities and the room service is extremely cold and non cooprrative. They have another hotel by exact same name nearby which makes all the delivery orders get confused on google maps.

Property is very well maintained. I had booked a room, but rooms were full so they upgraded me to a deluxe room free of cost. Room was very good. Room service was very prompt. Staff at the reception were very helpful, very understanding. Overall excellent facility.

Front office staff behaviour is worse. They think as if they are doing some favour to customers by giving rooms. Especially make my trip booking.. room is not clean and toilet is dirty.. worst service

businessCheckin and checkout time was too much. I have to carry my luggage myself till the room. Room wasn't cleaned properly. Hot water supply was not in the room. Food was third class just terrible. Overall just wastage of money according to the standard of the hotel.

Staff was not upto the mark. Breakfast was horrible. Room were not properly cleaned. I have to carry my luggage till the room. Checkin and checkout time was too much. My cab driver was waiting for 20 min as they were taking time for checkout procedure. Over all ratings according to me is 1.
