Good hotel staff is not polished enough for service

Had a stay in Hotel Shyampuriya Palace for three nights, cleanliness and interiors are good and feel good as long as you stay in the room. Staff is not polished enough for service and not educated that way. One thing that I didn't like and reported was that for the hot water I have to first spill out 4 buckets of water, which practically and ethically is not correct. On reporting issue staff tried to defend and argue.

My office was near the Hotel Shyampuriya Palace because of which I chose the Hotel Shyampuriya Palace. Transport is hassle-free. The room was too small, but the decor and cleanliness was good. Service boys were nice and helpful. The room size made me deduct 2 stars, else the stay was great.

Staff were quite good. Locating the Hotel and transport from there was quite convenient. Surrounding seemed safe, in the middle of City. Room was quite well. I liked the interiors, it had wooden flooring.

The food was very good, we had chicken which was very tasty. Location was strange in backside near a construction site. Room was fine. Surrounding of the Hotel seemed safe and convenient to reach.
