This hotel was a terrible experience. The linens were dirty, the bathroom unhygienic with no toiletries, and the AC didn’t cool at all. The lift starts from the first floor, which is so inconvenient. The pictures on the MakeMyTrip site looked amazing, but the reality was totally opposite.Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

The hotel is average for the current rent price, which is a bit on the higher side. The rooms are small with limited facilities, and the drinking water supply is not proper. The air conditioner is not good. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan was not working, the sink was leaking, and there was a lack of soap and insufficient towels.
