Simply Outstanding in terms of services ,amenities, food and staff respons

Our stay in Hotel Divine was really memorable. Property location is at prime location , food served was very good , amenities and services was outstanding and exceptional. Staff behaviour specially shubam was very cooperative , friendly and extended correct guidance for touring this place with optimum cost .

The hotel is good. Manager's behavior was very polite. We were girls group of 3 and manager did arrangments for the trip that makes our trip effortless.

Most dirty hotel room i have ever seen. Bedsheets, pilos, bathroom, floors and everything was so dirty. Simply horrible.

Privacy violation, unhygienic

The room provided by the manager was his personal room his photos were there with his family, and that room have two doors for going out. One door was locked by manager himself from outside and we are unable to lock it from inside at first and when we went out and came back after roaming in city, then that same door which we were unable to lock was locked from inside. At that time we were shocked.

It's a homestay disguise as a hotel. Small room. Unprofessional. Could be more nicer. Only for group of friends not for a family that too when you are tight on your budget. A small family is running this hotel on their own and they don't have a working staff. On arrival, we didn't found anyone on the reception, the rooms were tight close small. They didn't provide us any amenities. You have to run downstairs for whatever you want. Worst room service. Book this hotel only if you want to just sleep at your room and don't want to give a single star at hotel.
