Hotel Signature signature – 2-day stay feedback (15th january to 17th january) positive aspects: • the Hotel Signature was clean and well-maintained, giving a fresh and new feel. • the property was spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. • hygiene standards were well maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. • the food quality was good, adding to the overall positive experience. negative aspects: • the staff seemed inexperienced and lacked professionalism. • their behavior was not up to standard, reflecting a lack of proper training. • the front desk was unsupportive; despite my late check-in at 01:00 hrs (almost 10 hours late), my request for a 2-hour late check-out was denied, showing a lack of flexibility and customer service. overall, while the property itself was impressive, the service experience could be significantly improved with better-trained staff and a more customer-friendly approach.

My stay at Hotel Signature signature, ajmer with family was very comfortable. The staff was very nice from car parking, reception to end of stay. They give good response any time for any kind of room services. Restaurant staff was also good and the breakfast served was tasty and we feel the better hygiene maintained.

The Hotel Signature is very centrally located. It’s nearby railway station and we reached here comfortably. It’s a newly built property, rooms are good and clean. Very helpful staff. Value for money
