Hotel Silmog Garden

I booked to MakeMyTrip for a vacation in Manali with my family of 5 of which two are children. As we entered the locality we got scared of potentially encountering a low class Hotel. It is in a place with a very congested access road. However, after we checked in, we felt that the Hotel is good. The food quality is good. However, service needs serious improvement. On an average it took us 5-2 hours from we ordered till we finished our breakfast or dinner. Order has to be placed in advance at least about an hour. Best part is that the rooms have large geysers fitted in bath room which allows one to use hot water 24 hours. That a big positive. People are courteous. That adds hugely to the rating. After all, it is not just the good amenities you seek when you are out on a vacation. It is the friendly people who take care of you and your needs with a smile. Few small improvements Hotel can do to make experience even better provide a tea maker water heater, complementary water bottles in the room, few hangers in the bathroom for the towels, used cloths, holders for tissue rolls in the bath room. All in all it was a good Hotel more than value for money.

In a nutshell, our stay at Silmog Garden was awesome. The property is located at a stone's throw from mall road. We stayed there for 2 night/3 days and were overwhelmed by the level of service provided by the staff. The bed, linen, bathroom were clean, the maintenance of the property was top notch and the room service was extremely prompt. The breakfast was piping hot, delicious and ensured a good start to the day. On the last day of our stay, our return travel was late in the evening and we requested the management to extend our stay on payment basis. However, they extended it as a compliment and even provided drop to the pick up point free of charge. We would definitely stay at Silmog Garden, if we happen to visit Manali again and would recommend to other travelers as well. Thank you Silmog family for making our stay relaxed, enjoyable and safe. Location: Very very close to mall road (1min walking). This saves your cab cost from Hotel Silmog Garden far from mall road. Sightseeing: Hotel provides cab for sightseeing at very fair price. Food: We didn't had a chance to have food at Hotel Silmog Garden as we were most of the time having street food but the dining area was neat and clean. I have read reviews that this Hotel Silmog Garden serves good and tasty food. I loved the tea here. Hotel caretaker: People are very very kind and helpful. Amit ji will give you proper guidance of whereabouts. Hotel: Bonus point Hotel Silmog Garden gives 24*7 hot water with no additional cost. Hotel is very beautiful. View from the Hotel Silmog Garden is also very beautiful. We also went on rooftop. All facilities available here.

Awesome experience We were given a free upgrade to a family suite in 2nd floor. Though we were in the second floor with a balcony, there was not much of a scenic view from the room. Food was really yummy. Never tasted such a good food during my previous visits to Manali. One would feel that the food tastes like home food. This Hotel Silmog Garden offers free pick up and drop facility to the nearest volvo bus stand. Mr. Thakur is the most customer-friendly guy I have ever met. Right from our check-in till we left the Hotel Silmog Garden, we never felt any difficulties. All the members of room service and kitchen were very friendly. Though our stay in Manali was for a brief period, the experience we had in Silmog garden makes us earn for the next trip.

Having already visited once, I knew the whereabouts in Manali but felt really lucky at having found this great deal Hotel right on the mall Road. The warmth, hospitality, the willingness to help the customer and above all the understanding of the Hotel staff really made my stay at Manali all the more happening and beautiful. The owner of the Hotel helped me out of the way in getting out of the Chingu mess. Without a doubt, my place of stay when I shall be visiting Manali again. Kudos, keep it up.

The Hotel Silmog Garden is located very close to the main mall road making it easy to enjoy the mall road anytime and reach the transportation points without any hassle. The Hotel Silmog Garden is beautifully maintained with a warm feeling. Courteous staff. It has in house preparation of food, which is served in a large dining hall. They have separate dining halls for vegetarian and non-vegetarian. It was an amazing stay at a very reasonable cost.

Stay location food and services are satisfactory but Hotel Silmog Gardens management appears money minded. I hereby quote one incidence is that at the time of check in, they had demanded extra money for child aged 11 years even though I booked rooms declaring this thing and paid accordingly online. When I opposed strongly they give up their demand. The attitude of manager was rude and not polite. However service personnel are very courteous.

Excellent Hotel in all expect. It's walking range from mall Road. Very good hospitality from their end. Very clean and amazing view from Hotel balcony, you love it. The rooms are well furnished and very good decorated. Staff behaviour are very good and perfect service. Special thanks to Mr. Thakur Ji who take care their guest like family member. Overall perfect experience. Thanks a lot Hotel Silmog Garden team for everything!

Location is the best. Its near mall road around 300 Meters. Hotel is very clean and the Hotel Silmog Garden staffs are very good. Loving stayed here.

There is no fan or AC in Silmog and you cannot eat food in room, when you order something you will have to go down in restaurant to eat.

That's the best value for money Hotel Silmog Garden. We had a nice stay there and Hotel Silmog Garden staff is very humble and nice personality.

Mr. Amit and Mr. Thakur are very cooperative persons, Hotel also guide us very well for our Manali tour
