Hotel Silver Cle

Very Clean, well maintained property. Good for business trips and family stay as well. Room service is prompt with tasty food, however you need to get your own drinks if needed. The only issue was the breakfast buffet, which gets mostly emptied by 10:00 AM (Breakfast time is till 10:30 AM) and the items are not refilled. Restaurant staff were very ignorant and rude when asked about this. Especially the supervisor with glasses. Room Cleaning Doesn't happen till late afternoon despite multiple requests

Location: the location was good enough for getting transportation cleanliness: the room was clean stay was hassle free. Just one small issue - the diet coke cost 83 despite the mrp being 40, bought directly from the ground floor in a can. I believe to charge 83, they would had to serve in a glass. Directly selling the can for 83 doesn't seem right.

Hotel was good , rooms are clean and big size , wash room is also adequate. Breakfast quality was not good, service was poor at buffet. Reception staff was arrogant , not ready to make any adjustments. Some business related requirements emerged out at last moment should be accommodated by Hotel, but it was denied...

Overall ambience is good . Food was good . 2 concerns - 1 the smoking area is at the entrance of block 2 which is really bad especially for family and non smokers . The room cleaning was in request should be implicitly

The Hotel Silver Cle was very good , the stay was more comfortable than what I expected. With basic amenities to restaurant to room service everything was perfect with no disappointments whatsoever.

The room was clean and staff was cooperative and responsive. Food was well prepared and presented. The lobby was clean and it was really good to see the supply of RO water from the tap in the rooms

Hotel was well maintained and food quality & taste was delicious. Room was neat. Service was slow may be due to Hotel Silver Cle was full with guests. Staffs were mindful about customer needs.

Hotel was neat and clean. We got upgraded to a bigger room and it had facilities like ro water purifier, microwave, etc. Breakfast was good with a lot of varieties.

It was a good property with beautiful ambience. Rooms were spacious.

Booked for my family. Need improvement in wifi and bathroom maintenance. Else very good stay and amazing food. Good location as well. Will come back.
