Hotel Silver Inn

We booked silver room with the breakfast, about breakfast they had multiple variety but quality is extremely poor I mean check the butter and jam they provided taste like hell it was from cheap local brand you never heard of, room - curtains we're full of dust, you don't believe then go and check, they shown refrigerator which wasn't working, tea maker have stain inside not cleaned even, hair dryer from 1947 don't even work and also gives you electric shock, house keeping service is good, bed is worst I could ever find, definitely you will get body pain each morning, no proper hangers provided in wardrobe. ALSO- they have small bottles of shampoo and moisture don't ever use it, I repeat don't use it, it's expired, I tried on little area as I was about to use but after a day I got boils over there, I don't know from how long they haven't changed it. I suggest it don't meet the quality as per price they charge.

Due to business work, my travelling to Mumbai has increased dramatically in last 6 months, I used to stay in the Hotel Silver Inn (chain Hotel Silver Inns with fancy names) but always ended up with disappointment with quality. when you are travelling in a metro city your budget matters and when I talk about the Hotel Silver Inn Silver inn, it's one of the best Hotel Silver Inns I could find to live in a place like Mumbai! it has the value of money. The staff if pretty friendly. Be it a short or long journey, Hotel silver inn would be the best place to choose. Okay.

This time i saw that there was hike in room tariff. While that is not a problem, i could see that some items were simply not available in the menu. Sea food in particular while there is supposed to be a restaurant specifically for sea food. Also there was no kettle in the room for making coffee/ tea. While i called up for one, room service responded by offering a leaking kettle. When i asked for a replacement, room service mentioned that they will send a good one. That never came. Otherwise everything else was on expected lines

A good Hotel Silver Inn at marol. Very close to marol metro station. Autos and taxis always available outside. Rooms are spacious. Mostly clean. The breakfast is not that good taste wise but there are 3-4 dishes everyday. Service is also good although cleaning could be improved. Swiggy zomato also delivers here. So overall good Hotel Silver Inn to stay

The Hotel Silver Inn is nearby to Marol Marushi metro. You can easily commute to nearby railway station. Airport is nearby . Safe and secure for Solo women travelers. The Hotel Silver Inn has in house restaurant. Polite and professional staff. Room and beds are spacious and clean.

Rooms are small in size and is suitable for solo travellers only and not for a couple or family. The main advantage is its location which is 2 km from airport. Breakfast is very average with limited choice. Staff behaviour is good and cleanliness is also good.

Due to metro construction, there was lost of house tick midnight. TV did not work till my checkout time in 2 days. No water bottle replenished on 2nd day.
Very poor service. Both room service and housekeeping.

In vie of pandamic, breakfast buffet facility was not there, but the stuff supplied was good enough for the guest in room

For solo travelers, the best Hotel Silver Inn near airport, food quality was good.

Not nice bathroom was bad totally messed up

Staff behavior is very good, comfortable and very good stay.

The Hotel staff was good. Clean Hotel and good breakfast. Rooms and toilets are very neat and clean.

Reception and room service was good

During stay i didn't find any foot mattress outside the bathroom so what happened when we came out of the bathroom with wet foot the whole room gets messing up

Near the Airport. Clean bathroom, nice bed. Helpful staff

Not much an expecting but over all good.

Staff is well behaved. Need to upgrade breakfast quality but overall Worth stay.
