Resturent is not clean plates are very old and broken . Full crockroh in resturent and bed sheets on bed is old

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel, The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it

mosquito irritated me a lot ....hair drier is not working....roo. was smaller and not well furnished than the previous booking with same category room

i have booked a gold room, confirming with one of the hotel staff that the room will come with a bath tub.. on the time of the check in we have got very small room saying that it is a gold room. i have checked the bathroom and it was below the standard. more to it there waa no bathtub. when i have called to the reseption the fron desk person named "godfree" said he will chanfe my room. then i have got moved to another room which was big and actul gold room with the bath tub in it. but latwr on when i wanted to have a bath there was no hot water........ and i try to call the reception fro. the room ohone. to my surprise the phone didnt have connection...... i have called from my mobile for thw issue.the receptionist godfree said he will send someone to fix it... then i got tk know that there is a maintenance problem..... i have called again to reception and he offered a "bucket of a hot water" which was sooooooooo frustrating. and i refused that and demanded to fix the issue. later the issue was fixed about the water and to.my surprise these was no shower gel in the containers🤨🤨🤨 things were not stopped here. but when i went out and came back after 6-7 hours about 00:00 midnight, i was really shocked to learn that the air conditioning has stopped working. again i have called and complained to the reception and then they offer me a different room to sleep😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😫😫😫😫😫😫.

While i found the room itself to be comfortable and well-maintained, there are a couple of areas that need immediate attention: 1. Cleanliness: unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to the mark and left much to be desired. This is an area that requires significant improvement to.

The room was charged 6500rs per night, we travel-led with two children, one 3 years old and one 6 years old. There was no water supply while we checked in, despite repeated call at the reception. After 40min a staff arrived yawning and blaming another staff named khan who had forgotten to turn on the water pump. Next the room was extremely unhygienic and thriving with mosquitoes. Again after several attempts of ringing at the reception a staff came with a red hit that is supposed to be pesticide for cockroach, not mosquitoes. On further enquiry they said why we had not asked for a repellent beforehand, we said it was not expected to experience mosquitoes and place a request beforehand. Finally after they provided us with an almost empty liquid mosquito repellent. Besides, at night they turned off the light of sign board of hotel name and our cab was unable to recognise the property in dark, in-spite of reaching the location. In a nut shell, i would not recommend this hotel. Extremely poor service and mismanagement.

Price we paid and quality of of hotel has not match regarding every respect of it there was no receives provided. Even-intercom is not working.

Wash room flush was stuck, shower broken, fridge not working, linen not ok and average infra. Breakfast below average. A near to below average service. Will never repeat my stay here

The hotel was a major disappointment. The cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired, with unhygienic conditions that made our stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the free breakfast was of poor quality—stale food with limited options that didn’t seem fresh at all. For the price we paid, we expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value cleanliness and a decent start to your day.

Worst hotel in mumbai very bad experience old rooms, very bad bathrooms & hotel charges more than 5000 rs for one night humble request please no body stay in this hotel
