all thing is worst room not cleaned food not cooked properly and ac not working even staff not coprative

Location was good but rooms were poorly ventilated as i could smell food, oil and gas throughout my stay which was coming from the kitchen just below. Additionally, i asked for mosquito repellent but they provided a broken one.

"Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected.Be sure if I had to come back in the future, I’ll come back there ! And I’d recommand certainly your Hôtel."

It’s a decent hotel considering the city. Location is good but with no shops or supermarket in the vicinity, it’s a pain point. Food is ok and service is also ok. Overall a decent hotel for pilibhit standards.

Charges as compared to service offered and condition of hotel room wasnt upto the expectation and worth the money paid. When we pay for breakfast inclusion expectation is to have a buffet which wasnt the case here and there was delay in breakfast timing

Small rooms, small bathroom, ac with no control, pathetic room services, housekeeping staff enters room without knocking or permission

Hotel behaviour ambience food quality room quality is awesome recommend to everyone for the stay. Gym is awesome

Location of hotel is perfect ie on highway. Rooms are neat n clean but rooms are little bit tidy and in bathroom bathing space is very small. Room service is ok. Overall worth stay for a day in need.

Service for basic amenities needs improvement. Like drinking water provided only after order and same was chargebl. Overall experience is average.

Hotel and facility was good. Specialy goswami ji is best care taker in this hotel. He manege everything very well

I must say, one of the best hotel experience that we had. Spanking clean, reasonably priced, very good location, spacious rooms, excellent food (served with room service too) and extremely courteous staff - everything that you need for a rich holidaying experience. I am so thankful to the hotel manager, who safely couriered me my jacket, which i missed to keep while checking out. One word - awesome!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall ,it was a pleasant experience .The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and well maintained with comfortable amenities.😊

The hotel is built well at a very convenient location but needs to improve service standards. Rooms are spacious but bathrooms need to be cleaned thoroughly. Same with training of the staff. Restaurant serves tasty food.

No complimentary breakfast provided although i checked in at 1:30am.

Rooms are clean, place is good, staff behaviour polite, food was average.

On highway location is very good near by market bus station or railway station

Dirty bed sheets, tv not working, water not filled, ac remote missing, dirty quilt with blood stains and when asked for replacement, the manager was away and had the keys

No complaints about this place except that the pillow cover was stained. This was a complete put off. The grilled cheese sandwiches were not upto the mark and it was kind of difficult finding transport for the Railway Station at 8 am.
