Hotel Silver Oak

The hotel room was very big and all amenities were very clean. The location of hotel is very convenient in the middle of the town.

All together everything was good. Food was fantastic. Found little difficult to reach the property because of the road rush. Good atmosphere excellent room size.

Room was not upto the mark. the towels given in the room was of worst quality, water was not hot, there were cockroaches in the room

Amenities and Service was pathetic. No water supply was there in the Bathroom. Even after complaining no solution was provided. No cleanliness at all..

Facilities are not good to manage

hotel silver is a good place to stay the staff is humble quick responsive the restaurant and the food is good the rooms are clean washrooms are clean. only the AC and ventilation were problem attack the AC wasn't cooling properly and the water from AC was leaking on the floor making the flower dirty also at times there were cranky sounds from the AC disturbing the sleep.

Booked room for my parents and they liked the stay. Room was big, clean, service was good. Hotel location is also close to city centre.

Excellent location for Bus traveller. Parking facility also available with the hotel. Staff's are trained and good behaviour. Reception also good. Check in and out time also very less. Overall good and value for money.

The Room was having some basic problems ( Room no. 118), 1. A.C was not working properly. Blower of A C switch off along with Compressor. Hence Room stay was uncomfortable 2. Water Tap was broken and complaint to the house keeping. No one attended. 3. Don't expect hot water for bath. Even other Guest were also complaining for the same. Not suggested for Winter Season. 4. Breakfast has variety and is delicious.
