Hotel Silvete

Location is great 5 min autonride from hazratganj metro station. Rooms are big, this property have all the great facilities with a little bit more care and planning this place could be more attractive. Rooms are as big as most 5 star Hotel Silvetes with all different type of storage and dressers. Tv is too small, windows need sheer curtains so light can come with privacy. Should change the towels etc. Breakfast location and variety and make by order options are best. Housekeeping and other property staffs are very helpful and courteous.

The overall experience was enjoyable, though the breakfast counter could have added with more variety. The in room food menu was tempting, albeit a bit on the expensive side. The rooftop bar experience is boom boom. Privacy: when opening the curtains in room, the view faces a building with fully closed glass blinded windows on the right side side of Hotel Silvete, leaving us unsure if anyone inside could see us. This created a feeling of insecurity and reduced privacy when opening the windows.

For our family stay, we had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Rooftop restaurant food is also good. The one thing we liked the most the staff hospitality. The property is also located at prime location and at 15 min walkable distance to hazratganag metro station. I would recommend this Hotel Silvete for a comfortable stay.

The Hotel Silvete is great and at a decent price. Bathroom was nice and clean with towels and shampoo, etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. Tv ac etc were working good. The staff was responsive and provided help when needed. Would love to stay here whenever i come to lucknow.

I stayed for 2 nights and had amazing experience. Room cleanliness hygiene was v good. Nice breakfast menu with reasonable priced menu for dinner and drinks. Only thing lagging was small refrigerator in room which could have made experience amazing

We were here for 2 days. Rooms are big neat and clean. Very good staff. Hassle free stay. Didn't eat anything in the Hotel Silvete. Clean towels and toiletries provided. Its on the main road. Very close to has-rat ganj. Closer to the city.

Great and comfortable stay with good food. The location of the property is in the heart of city with local shopping and tourist attractions nearby on a walking distance.

Kindly provide complementary breakfast as well.

The property is good and at a convenient location though i think they can improve on their services like running hot water, more lighting in the room, hand towels and floor mats etc.
