Overall good experience. However, bathroom cleanliness can be better. Food is good and staff behavior is nice.

Bad experience of staff behaviour and services
Stay was okay, staff is not very trained and professional with the guest, room was not in good condition, phone was not available, pillow was asked for 2 times, dustbin was not available, when I visited for complimentary breakfast, they kept me waiting for 10 minutes to check my name in their records, after checking at reception by calling 2-3 times, they allowed me to enter for the breakfast, overall it was not a good experience.

Every time I needed to call repeatedly, food was just ok, service was up to mark the guys run lots but maintenance wasn't good

Nice location, good food, nice ambiance Service was good. Only problem I noticed is foul smell coming from bathroom when you enter the room. May be addressed.

1. The washroom was not cleaned, it was stinky.. even after asking the staff they just came and spread some fragrance which didn't work. 2. The bed sheet and cover looked dirty, which wasn't washed properly.

Average Stay
Stayed for 3 nights. The door wouldn't close from outside but they didn't attend to it. The staff is like: your belongings are safe inside! The common area except the reception was always dirty. The service to room was late and needed several reminders. Their other properties are well managed but not this one
