my self and my family had a very short stay at hotel simran raipur from morning 8.30 am to evening 4.30 pm. The reception helped us a lot to get a room within 9.30 in the morning. The location of the hotel is excellent very near to railway station. The rooms are OK and clean along with wash rooms also. only problem faced was it doesn't have a jet spray at the toilet. True value for the facilities given against hotel tariff. The food at the resturant seems on a much higher side in comparison to the tariff. The morning buffet breakfast has also variety . Over all a nice budget hotel for a short stay except pricing of food.

Service has been downgraded.Reception staff deaf and indifferent.Room was stinking.Bed seemed to be redone and not fresh bedsheets or dohar cover.Only one cup for tea when room was booked for two and no glasses.Just one sachet of milk powder.When asked for toast during breakfast the last top and bottom piece of bread was served as if opening a new packet will burn them.After prior payment they are reluctant to give any service.
