Toiletries were missing. But hotel management were very polite and hospitality towards us. They provided guidance for cab and auto. Very helpful.

Stay was comfortable but the rooms were not quite what was shown on website. Bathroom was clean but water drainage was not proper. Lots of noice even during early morning made sleep uncomfortable.

property was very old, staff was not maintaining it, it was a terrible stay of mine. even their service was too slow. also their staff forgot to serve the dinner which I was ordered. Never seen such pathetic service in my whole travel experience.

My stay at Singh Empire was good, cozy. My room was upgraded by Make My Trip that was SONE PE SUHAGA. Over all I would like to say.... good hotel witb good ambience. Good staff. Breakfast was also delicious and sumptuous.

Poor Stay

The property was not as shown in the pictures. Was dirty and smelly. Paint was coming off the walls and the room had dust all over. The staff was very casual with service and did not pay attention to any of our needs. We had to call many times just to get our complimentary water bottles. The worst thing happened when the bathroom was out of any toiletries and we had wait till the next evening to have them refilled. Booked this place based on reviews and pics. Won’t ever book this property.
