Average not international staff was friendly, over all good experience but can improve on several places like furniture bed

The stay was good, and the delux room is good and walk able distance from to hotel to karol bagh market.

Centrally located hotel and proximity to many facilities. Good and highly responsive staff. In house food supply is also good.

They give you a cash memo bills for your food may be hiding the taxes from government and refuses to take payments for food via credit or debit cards - only cash payments

The overall experience was good, easy check in and good services given by reception and hotel staff, some improvement needed like, room interior is little old and quality of food needs to be improved

Location was good, no kettle set in the room, service taking too much time, no buffet breakfast, only fix menu.

Lot to upgrade, lack of new basic necessary to be fulfilled, hot water problem, power points too less, the staff and manager are good!

Rooms are not upto the mark as per rate card. Breakfast is ok not significant. Service needs to improve. Room accessary not updated, broken, washroom cumod not clean

Sanatization

I was asked to shift the very next day of my arrival as there was some exhibition inside the hotel. The hotel was very noisy and the whole night for 2 days, I was not able to sleep as the exhibition event managers use to party and make noise in corridors. After complaints, hotel managers didn't have the courtesy to take care as if they are also sold out. Very pathetic hospitality. For food bills, every bill was charged differently in spite of having the same items. They charged GST 12% yet there was no proper invoice and no GST number. When I said that don't fool customers, they claim that their owner had said these. They also commented that "Government ke sath mien sab chori kar rahe hai, humne kiya to kya bur a Kiya."

Very terrible stay, all fitting of bathroom was not in properly fitted, waste of money
