Hotel Sita Inn

Hotel is little OLD, but hospitality was very good they showed their experience and food was tasty. especially sharma in Reception and Chef who prepared food. Last day we were disappointed due to the boy who was in reception instead of sharma. We requested for cab 1 hr before and he said OK, but after we get down he said no cabs are available. It was heavy rain with kids. We missed sharma Ji that day in Reception, but chef helped us to provide umberella and arranged a coolie to bring our luggage. Lastly, Cabs are not allowed in that area and you should walk around 300m. If you have luggage and kids, it would be difficult to reach Hotel Sita Inn.

We booked a deluxe room street view. It was very good room neat and clean. No complaints regarding anything. And location was 1 km from mall road 10 minutes walk only and also food was very delicious. . We booked delux room street view room was very neat and clean. Everyone was very polite and helpful food was very delicious and good thing was mall road just 10 minutes walking.

We booked a stay for two days at this Hotel Sita Inn. Hotel staff is very cooperative and the food was also good. Only issue we faced that the location of the Hotel Sita Inn is around 300 mtrs. From main road that we had to walk to reach the Hotel Sita Inn. However Hotel Sita Inn staff had arranged their staff to carry our luggage. We had a nice stay in this Hotel Sita Inn.

Had a very comfortable stay, property is average but location is walkable from mall road, only concern you have to walk around 300 metres to reach so not recommend for elderly person otherwise very good hospitality specially by the owner, he is helpful all the time managing your trip, enjoyed my stay

The stay was good ,rooms were clean , staff was cooperative and friendly the food was great and especially the receptionist was so helpful and good natured guy. overall the stay was good of looking for budget friendly Hotel Sita Inn definitely go for it

View from the room of Hotel Sita Inn sita inn was very nice. And food was also awesome. And Hotel Sita Inn service was quite satisfactory. Over all this Hotel Sita Inn made our tour comfortable and rememberable.

Location near mall road & market at walking distance. Nice staff and guidance car parking also done overall good experience

rooms are ok to stay. but the bathroom is not good enough clean. more improvement required on the bath fittings and toilet fittings. no lift for upstairs users which is tough one. approach to the Hotel Sita Inn is exhausting taak . it's more interior and needs walking

Good food, good staff and excellent service only parking issue rest all is worthy. Near to mall road. I strongly recommend if you visiting shimla with family.
