Hotel Sita Manor

Please do not book this hotel for yourself or family stay at entrance it smell like drainage also at reception there is a washroom connected that also smell in entire reception everything is dusty , hotel staff were sitting in my room in undergarment (banyam) Please do not stay. I didn't stayed here also they don't have anything like breakfast they will order it for you in morning

Bed was not ok, flush was not working, wifi was not working, bath tub was not usable... they must be repaired

Good parking space, spacious rooms, location is in the heart of the city. Safe for family stay. An advice to hotel: Kindly provide packed water to guests as a complementary item.

I was charged for breakfast when i did not order anything. The hotel receptionist dint check the voucher and billed me.

Had a good stay, the check-in and check-out experience was good. Excellent location. Staff if helpful. The rooms need some maintenance though. The mattress and sheets aren’t the best. The bathtub had cracks. Ac remote wasn’t available and the ac could not be set to a particular temperature. Decent stay for the price.

Food was very bad and amenities are not enough

The hotel was overall nice and friendly but beds and mattresses were worst, there was an inssue of hot water in morning. Kids were screaming in corridors disturbing others but staff wasn't concerned about it. The food was tasty and cheap.

Decent hotel in that area of Gwalior. Nice location. Staff needs some training and grooming. That is the only negative part of this property. Otherwise this hotel is quite relaxing. This place is nearby to railway station as well as bus stand.

Only location was an advantage but bad house keeping and no cleanliness in room and even put 2 bed she ed of half size as double bed sheet not put. Insects were in Bath tab and toilet seat was dirty. Advised hotel management to improve

We were very much dissatisfied. Your company messaged me to pay Rs. 1669. 00 but they were told me to pay Rs. 2178 but matter has been shorted out at the time of check out. Washroom was not having any ventilation blankets were not in good condition. I have booked for three person but amenities was for two person.

Location of hotel is very good, it is at heart of the city. Food quality is good. Service of the hotel is very disappointing, atticates are missing in most of the service staff. Quality of linens's teared bedsheets, rough and smelly towels) and toiletries are very poor.

Hotel is situated at a 1km distance from the bus stand. Very convenient to find transportation to reach your destination. We checked in the hotel at 7 am. But the concept of online booking was very new to them. They took time to understand the type of booking, room and facilities along with it. I booked a room for 3 people. No towels. Had to ask 3 times for them. Even then they provided with only 2 towels. I asked that booking is for three persons, we need 3 towels but we're refused. The house keeping said" madam 2 hi milte h". Other house keeping amenities were also missing. The staff was otherwise very helpful in arranging the other missing stuff on demand. Room was spacious but seemed that it was cleaned long time back. Floor had a lot of dirt. Overall average service and facilities.
