Hotel Sita Niwas

I recently stayed at this Hotel Sita Niwas and had an overall pleasant experience. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made sure all our needs were met. The travel services provided were also great, making our sightseeing and transport hassle-free. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The staff, in particular, were attentive and really added to the overall positive experience. However, the maintenance of the property could use some improvement. Unfortunately, there was no heater available when requested, and the geyser was not working during my stay. Additionally, there were no extra blankets available, which made the room feel a bit uncomfortable at times. While these issues did affect my stay, the overall service, food quality, and staff made it a decent experience. Hopefully, the property can address these maintenance concerns in the future.

Hotel Sita Niwas is located near Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh/Market, it's a walk for 5-7min. Entire Hotel Staff is nice and well behaved, we reach around 10am and they gave us room, without even mentioning that it's a early check-in an all, rooms and washrooms both were clean, we had a comfortable sleep, front desk and all their staff were polite and well spoken.

Room decor was fine, more hooks can be attached to stand still towels, etc. Room service was good, water, electricity good. Only thing, should be taken care, we also found cockroach in the room. Would request you to take care of it.

Stay was good. Parking of four wheeler is one main issue but the Hotel Sita Niwas staff is cooperative and they arranged proper parking. All other things are good. The place is very near to sri darbar sahib.

Location of the Property is great. Just a walk to reach Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. Ample of eating options near by. Good Hotel to stay in budget. Early check in was given easily.

Amazing place to stay at. Been staying at this Hotel Sita Niwas from last few years. It is like 150 meters from golden temple and makes it super convenient to travel at any time.

It was a nice stay rooms we’re neat and clean service was good and main thing is its proximity to gurudwara sri darbar sahib it is just a few steps away from this property.

The overall experience was awesome, there was timely service of food and even any kind of assistance. The staff was too cooperative which overall made the experience amazing.
