HOTEL SITARA GRAND LB NAGAR

I stayed in Hotel Sitara Grand for 2 days with my wife. It was our anniversary. I'd requested for early check in on MMT. But that didn't help as I checked in by giving extra. Money was not the problem, but they asked me in cash without receipt. Then some of the food items in the morning were also on cash. Also MMT had not told this while booking that this might happen. Anyways that's ok but if told properly in advance it'll be appreciated. Rooms were really good spacious and well maintained. Washrooms were fine. But few things were missing like there was electric kettle but the supply of coffee sachet milk sachet and tea bags sugar were not sufficient also stirrups were missing. Two times tea was without sugar though I clearly asked with sugar. Food was little spicy even after request. But there were good things as well like they cleaned the room without me asking. They took care of small things like dental kit combs and other toiletries. Light of the room and washrooms are having sensors. Very thoughtful. Key to the room was not working even on repeated requests. Finally, they gave me mechanical one.

The HOTEL SITARA GRAND LB NAGAR is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was limited so I would advise ordering a-la-carte as the restaurant food is very good especially for lunch and dinner. The HOTEL SITARA GRAND LB NAGAR staff are very courteous. I had requested to keep my luggage and wait till my time of travel and they gladly obliged. The HOTEL SITARA GRAND LB NAGAR also is located close to LB nagar metro station so it's very convenient. Overall had a great stay.

Overall it was a nice stay for 3 days. The ambiance was good and the locality is too good as it is well connected by metro. The app based taxi services is quite active there and there was no issue in going out to various places. The restaurant is also quite good from an ambiance and food quality standpoint.

Room was smaller than it was shown in the images. Food was slightly spicy. Room services were good and quick. Smoke zones could have been kept away from the rooms than the corridors which was very disturbing for the non-smokers. Few food items like mutka kulfi was not fresh.

Location is very nice. Food is ok but not super tasty, the quantity of food is very high. Hotel room is spacious, neat and clean, restaurant also big and nice, and the last point is a very big neat, clean cellar for our car for parking. Present stay nice.

Overall it was a good experience 👍 Good location 👌 Transportation easily available 👍 Good room service & polite staffs 👍👍 Restaurant is good but food items are bit costly. In dining room service is available 👍

Just want to say about this HOTEL SITARA GRAND LB NAGAR not so good not so bad. If comparing room charges with other HOTEL SITARA GRAND LB NAGAR's it's so high but HOTEL SITARA GRAND LB NAGAR staff is very good.

We booked sitara grand banquet hall for our sons marriage. The HOTEL SITARA GRAND LB NAGAR is well located at lb nagar and near to metro. Facilities and rooms are good. Staff is well mannered and supportive.
