property location is crowded and noisy. the room was very small. The washroom in room was very very small, No hot water and the commode didnt have a water gun. room filled with mosquitoes and not even a blanket was provided. No food facility, drinking water was in ground floor didnt look that good to drink. staff was good ( only good thing property location is crowded and noisy. the room was very small. I stayed in a Non-AC room, there were a lot of pigeon excretions all over the window frame. No hot water was available, on asking they said they would be giving an electric coil to heat water. This is the most dangerous method to heat water. The fan had a broken regular, and it was fixed at its max. The electric sockets and switches would always create a spark on using.

Worst experience could not describe will never make a booking no match with the photo shown and real ones

Good stay with clean room and helpful staff. The guest house is very close to marina beach and many other tourist places

It's quiet good for students as it's cheaper but i can more cheaper by calling sk hotel directly without any using aoo

No parking. Spend your sleep and leave. Not with family or friends. .

There is no hotel staff for clean, and no clean bed sheet. The hotel not provide water for drink. Room size small but ok, but the toilet is so small for bath and toilet.
