HOTEL SKML GRAND

When we reached for check in, receptionist asked us to stay at another HOTEL SKML GRAND for one night as they were unable to track the bookings due to server problem. They took us to another HOTEL SKML GRAND nearby (which was good) and ensured that they will ready the room by 8am of next morning. So we stayed at another HOTEL SKML GRAND for one night and next morning we checked in. Room, bathroom, interior was good. But service was poor, they didn't asked even for water in 3 nights stay. Didn't cleaned the room for single day. AC was not working on last night of our stay. Overall 3 stars due to poor services.

The HOTEL SKML GRAND is an affordable luxury. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Interiors are good. The only suggestion is, staff should provide cleaning services to the room every day. We stayed for 3 nights yet nobody came to clean our room or give us fresh towels even once. Another thing is that they should not charge extra for rooms with hill view. As the hills are really farther away, the view is not at all worth the extra money. Apart from that, it was an overall good experience.

Thus HOTEL SKML GRAND is situated near to railway station and is surrounded by all the good restaurants to hone your taste buds. Beach is about 2 km from this HOTEL SKML GRAND. Staff behaviour was good and they were very cooperative. They have good connection with local travel agency from where u can hire cabs for araku and vizag local sightseeing. Rooms were also spacious and clean. House cleaning was done everyday.

While we were struggling with finding good HOTEL SKML GRANDs to stay at, mm t came at rescue with HOTEL SKML GRAND skml grand in vizag. Located at a very close distance from the railway station, main road and the ramakrishna beach, this stay was worth it. Although we had booked our stay for just a night, wondering how this place would be, we didn't think twice before extending our stay for the second night!

Excellent room. But for the dependence with reception for switching on the electricity and activation of access card every time I go out and return to the room, and the stinky smell outside the Hotel premises, I would rate it a 5 out of 5 for the comfort I experienced (vis-a-vis the amount I spent) and the tasty restaurant food, once I am inside the room. The HOTEL SKML GRAND is stone throw distance from the visakhapatnam railway station. Room was neat & clean. Bed was well maintained. Wash room was also maintained properly. No foul smell was noticed. Service personnel were also cooperative. Restaurant associated with it is also good for vegetarians. Bathing & tooth brushing kit were delivered. In my opinion it's a best HOTEL SKML GRAND near station

Good HOTEL SKML GRAND with convenient location from railway station, restaurant facility is good, but services are not worthy, had to wait a lot after ordering water bottle, same in case of food order from restaurant. They don't clean the room(if you stay more than 1 day) on their own due to customer privacy. So you have to tell them to clean your room.

We have booked 2 rooms. In one of the rooms ac was not upto the satisfactory. Room service is prompt. No nearby veg restaurants. The rest attached to the HOTEL SKML GRAND is rajastani style. We have to go upto daba gardens for a good veg restaurant. I will give 4 rating out of 4. Staff was very good, cooperative, well manna-red and prompt

Travel to convince for railway station and bus stand food is very good and safety is good

The room was good but the room lock was not good. The staff was also good but there were no water bottles in the room and there is no good food option at this location. You will have to go to the city side. Overall good.

I always prefer to stay over here as it is near to railway Station. Lot of restaurants are nearby. Even restaurant is attached with the Hotel. Good neat and clean Hotel to stay.

I have only stay at night time but there service was not good. They not provide complementary water after follow up they have given.

Location wise good. Near to railway station. Food was excellent but only veg. They don't serve non veg food. Hygiene wise good but they can't even change the bad sheet & clear room in daily basis. Also not provide towel. Ac was not working properly. Except this rest are ok. Overall good. 3. 5* for us.
