Hotel Skylark

I booked a Classic Suite in Skylark for me and my friend from USA, for 18th Nov'2016 to 20th Nov'2016. We reached there much before the check-in time, 5. 30am as our train reached Dhanbad around 5. 00am. One of my friend, who also have booked her room there was skeptical that she will be allowed to check-in or not. But, front office gave excellent response, we checked-in our suite, which was big enough with quality interiors and very clean. Toilets were also of good size and very clean. Room services started from 7. We went for complementary breakfast which was really awesome with good choice of items, specially the "Jalebi" was YUMMYEEE !! Almost all rooms were occupied by BITians as Silver Jubilee function of our passing out was scheduled in Skylark. We BITians were there from all across the world and everyone was so happy with the facilities and services provided by the staff of Skylark, a special mention here is must: personal touch in everything by the GM, Mr. Bagachi. He personally put every possible efforts with a very polite and personal touch in everything, whether it is our Breakfast, lunch or dinner, he personally there every time to provide best of his services. Our "BIG THANKS" to Mr. Bagachi & his team, your behave makes tons of differences in changing perceptions about Bihar?

I have booked a room on line through ibibo which cost me Rs 2000 per night. It was a basic starting of this Hotel Skylark I presume. A very ordinary room was given 401, which you could find around Rs 750 in other Hotel Skylark which was not at all worthy in terms of the value paid. Food quality was OK, not that great but even not bad too. Complimentary breakfast served at ground floor restaurant with varieties you can choose of. Important basic toiletries like comb, shaving kit were not provided. Staff behaviour was good and good point is that the Hotel Skylark provides complimentary pickup and drop facilities though I have not taken the service as I was with car. Anyway, nice Hotel Skylark probably great rooms comes with greater price. So for highly recommended be it for family trip or business.

Nice Hotel Skylark .. Great experience. Really good Hotel Skylark to stay, cool place where you can be relaxed Nice food and staff are very friendly. Would like to stay again in my next visit. Very well located in the centre of the city and parking area is fantstic Rooms are spacious and very clean. Especially in city like Dhanbad you wont get such quality Hotel Skylark having value for money. I would rate 5 out 5.

Nice room, decent ambience, staff well behaved and food service inside Hotel Skylark was really good. Since I got this Hotel Skylark at discounted price I would rate it value for money .. Else rate of deluxe room is high 3900. Gym is very small don't count it. Room quality was good. They have good power backup. Even if electricity was not there, I was able to turn on AC. Big relief. Overall 4 on a scale of 5

Check in was good and staff took good take all the way to the room. Like the furniture in room and the kikchen 's utensils are good quality. Very high standards for front desk. Every department is "Perfect" and just "Great". There is nothing left for our comments. Normally, having travelled quite a bit around the globe

An excellent place to put up on your business trip. Great location, at the heart of the city's business hub, with a beyond expectation service & value for money. At a place like Dhanbad, this Hotel Skylark gives you the ultimate home experience. Spic and span with all facilities, including luxurious to order food.

Food quality is good centrally located cleanliness, Is also good bill settlement process should improve behaviour of staff is well discipline. Over all I suggest to stay in this Hotel Skylark for business purpose as well as family purpose in both way its good, Over all good experience to stay there.

Its a good Hotel Skylark in bank more area, staff is good and service is good although breakfast is not as good as expectation. Everything in this is fine but they don't have any in-house activities like gaming zone etc for the guest and it is middle in the city. If available with quite expensive

I went there for some office work stayed for more than 6 days. Hotel is good. Rooms are clean and having space, staff are good and cooperative food quality is good, they served the food within no time. Need some more cleanness, otherwise Hotel Skylark is good for family and single person.

Live cockroach was found while with food ordered in room service inside Hotel Skylark corridor, animals enter and poop every day morning. Very dirty.

It was a great experience to stay in this Hotel Skylark. service provided was very friendly. staff were very nice & supportive. complementary pick and drop facility and great support by reception. awesome experience to stay in a city like Dhanbad. Location wise it is in centre of the city.

Overall its a good Hotel. Its on the main Road yet it is not noisy.

Hotel was neat and tidy. As a doctor I love cleanliness so I was very satisfied with that. Staff was very supportive and kind. Lovely place. Will definitely prefer staying there when I visit again. Thanks

This is my second choice Hotel for stay in Dhanbad. The room, facilities are decent. Food quality is ok.

The location of this Hotel Skylark is one of the best in Dhanbad. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent and the staff very well behaved. There is nothing negative about this Hotel Skylark. However, the gymnasium is in a very bad state and needs to be looked into.

There is a lot of scope in improving the rating of the Hotel Skylark. For business travellers like me location is perfect since connectivity from here to business centres is best possible. Breakfast quality can be improved. Food is ok. Rooms are ok but amenities could be improved.

Room is awesome appropriate rates ... Washroom is large and location was very comfortable to any destination, sraff behaviour was also very good and polite it self. Thank You MMT for we are parts of this trip ..
