Hotel Smart Plaza

Pleasant and peaceful stay, staff is polite. They allow swiggy and zomato, just that u have to go out to collect it. A lot of people stay here, so the property shows some sign of wear and tear but not a lot. In my bathroom, there was a leaking shower, i noticed it with an hour of check in and reported to the probably a housekeeping person, but he never came back him or brought some one to fix that, hence giving 4 star. They menu rates are somewhat on a higher side, not a lot so i preferred s and z for the good and to their credit, they even heated up my food in their Hotel Smart Plaza kitchen as it wasn't that hot. Everyone is helpful, especially the front desk people. Their price fluctuate a lot, i checked in on 10 sept, a raining day evevning and it was raining At this price, it's a steal as they only have a mini fridge, teamaker, complimentary water bottle and etc. Btw, it was my 9-10 visit to this property and they have i feel never disappointed when i m checking out.

It was a short stay but better than the similar Hotel Smart Plazas in the same locality. There are plenty of Hotel Smart Plazas in this area, this one is under good budget, clean and peaceful. Though it's in a small street, taxi, uber can come to the gate. I opted for breakfast as well, breakfast was ok not great, but i don't have to run around for breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

Fully air conditioning. The rooms are spacious and remarkable soundproof so you can see the outer area without any noise. Their restaurant is good and service is friendly. I would recommend this Hotel Smart Plaza to my friends and family.

Hotel ambiance and service is good. Comfortable stay and clean washrooms. Clean linen and pillows. Pain point is cost of food. Very very costly. And if you as the boys to get something from outside. They charge huge. 1 to 3 cost

Stay was excellent and all the facilities is good. Delhi aerocity metro is little far but walkable. Overall if anyone looking to stay near to airport it's recommended. All the food restaurants is available near to main road.

Hotel rooms are nice comfortable as we are bikers we needed a good and safe parking for our bikes this one has got a basement parking and lift as well and its very near to airport one thing here is food is very costly

Overall experience was satisfactory. The location was not reachable at first chance, bit far from main road. One good point is that it serves food for 24/7 and it's good for boarders who have flight to catch.

Clean room stay was very good tasty food good breakfast in the morning.

Clean amenities, good place to stay and relax. Was little bit upset with television not working properly, otherwise the room was neat and clean
