From the moment i arrived, i was captivated by the breathtaking views surrounding the Hotel Snow Ark, Dalhousie. Despite booking a deluxe room, i was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a super deluxe room, adding an extra touch of luxury to my honeymoon trip. During my stay, i unfortunately fell ill on the last day. However, the Hotel Snow Ark, Dalhousie staff went above and beyond to ensure that i was comfortable and well taken care of. They provided me with everything i needed, going as far as offering items not even listed on their menu. Their genuine concern for my well-being truly touched my heart and made a difficult situation much more manageable. Overall, my experience at snow ark Hotel Snow Ark, Dalhousie was nothing short of exceptional. From the stunning views to the exemplary service, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I felt very happy to stay here because this Hotel Snow Ark, Dalhousie is in a very beautiful location and the staff here is also very helpful! the food here was also very good. The rooms were also very clean and i would like to say special thanks to the manager mr. Janak raj ji because of whom my stay was very wonderful. Must visited property in dalhousie

The property location is very good, we didn't get water in the toilet during the night, the main valve was shut for no reason explained, after several requests water in the toilet started coming in the morning. The attendant was quick to service.

Neat clean and upgraded hill view side room was provided. Mall road and tibet market was just 900 mtr away. Nice food. Renovated room with all facilities available with minimum amount

Hotel is on a little hight and costly, its rent should be 12000 thousands, 2rooms 3 nights. Body deodorant is badly needed for reception staff. Reception is full of bad body smell

Room is good but food is not great, bed comfortable, bathroom gd, drinking water fresh and pure, location gd near to gandhi chowk.

Loved the stay. Food was good. Staff took good care of us during our stay for 4 nights. Hotel has their own parking which is the good thing in dalhousie.
