Hotel Snow Castle

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Hotel Snow Castle for anyone visiting downtown (l. 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to Hotel Snow Castle super early and i didn’t wanna wait.

Nice ambience…awesome hospitality….comfortable stay and good food. All that need for a good vacay u will get here…while Dalhousie as a place doesn’t have much to offer this place ensures you don’t still regret coming. Hotel manager make sure they check on each and every guest and treats them well…Hotel Snow Castle staff is also very nice.

The Hotel Snow Castle is nice, has all amenities and lift as well, the valley view from higher floor rooms are unbostructed and beautiful! nature, serenity and fresh air. The food quality is also good. Thumbs up to mr. Jatin sharma and whole Hotel Snow Castle team for good hospitality and service !

Hotel is in very good location and staff is very polite.Room is neat and clean. Room service is also very good . I am fully satisfied with this Hotel Snow Castle service and suggest to any one stay here with out more thinking .

Hotels' staff is excellent working and very co-operative. Hotel room is also very good, private balcony along-with valley view was amazing. But in restaurant, i don't get tandoori roti as they don't have tandoor in kitchen.

Our stay was for 2 days. 1. The staff was courteous 2. Breakfast was really good 3. Heaters were provided in every room and the rooms were warm and cozy 4. Room was very well maintained overall we had a great experience

Food quality is a challange due to remote area, its away from the city center, calm, relaxing surrounding.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms where clean and view was beautiful. Location was lilo off from main market. But that gives u beautiful view and peaceful stay

The Hotel Snow Castle room and services were exactly the same as mentioned in mmt. The Hotel Snow Castle staff was very good and cooperative. Would suggest to book a stay here during the visit to dalhousie.

The Hotel Snow Castle is located at an excellent location overlooking the valleys. The staff is very cordial. The food homely and well prepared as per choice of the guests. Overall great stay.
