Food was good.....but no power backup in hotel. The man on the reception have no manners. Please check ur food bill with actual order it might be different and when i asked to correct it they said no it is correct.

Totally loved the stay at snow crest. We stayed there for 3 nights in total. Rooms had amazing view of manali old town and snow capped mountains. Staff was really sweet and always pleasant. Facilities and amenities were good as well. Would definitely re-comment this place

The location is great as it offers mountain views that are serene. To reach here there is a barrow road but motorable. Views are breathtakingly beautiful. Staff is very courteous and the rooms are clean and very spacious.

coupleThe room was not clean, there were spiders web in the room. The house keeping staff was not courteous to knock the room before entering. I asked for 4-5 tissue papers from the house keeping staff as I got some food spilled over on my hand in the room, they asked to give Rs. 50 for the 4-5 tissues.

The hotel was neat but the room is a but smelly. Clean bathrooms and cupboards. Courteous staff but the food is expensive, a bottle of water is charged ₹50. Didn't have a problem in early check-in for which they didn't charge anything. Location is but away from mall road. Overall satisfied.
