hi team , i booked Hotel SnowFlake snow flake in narkanda on 28 december 2024. due to road blockage in narkanda we can’t go there. i raised refund request to the support team, they really helped me to get the money back with full support. i have to say thanks for them. make my trip is just good. keep going i give 5 star rating for the support team who helped to get back my refund money .. see you again🙂

4. Hotel snowflake is a pretty comfy place to stay with clean rooms. Parking is provided. There is solar hot water in bathrooms. Facility but only one drawback is that the Hotel SnowFlake has no lifts for senior citizens it might difficult to climb stairs every-time they need to go up. The staff is coordial.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Hotel SnowFlake snowflake. The room, although a bit small, was clean and offered a beautiful valley view. The staff and manager were always there to assist us. I only had breakfast at the property which was good and totally worth the money.

I had a good time with my family at Hotel SnowFlake snowflake. We loved the view from our room. The staff was helpful and polite. Parking space was available on the roadside. The market and all the restaurants and cafes are at a walking distance. Total value for money.
