Hotel SnowFlake

For a solo traveller this is a convenient stop on the main market. I can't comment on food coz i crashed the night minus dinner. Clean, comfortable bed and a huge bathroom is all i wanted and got too. It's at the main market but a peaceful place. The view from the room is great too! two things for future travellers because i saw a lot of comments around it1) water powered by solar power so do not expect 24/7 running hot water 2) if you are fussy about climbing stairs or have older family members book the room accordingly.

Hotel snowflake is a lovely place right at the start of the narkanda panchayat. The proprietor was kind enough to give a deluxe room instead of the one booked. The room had an attached balcony that gave a splendid view of the valley and mountains around. The food options were limited in the menu but were well made. The bathroom was good as well and offered solar powered hot water facility. Overall an amazing experience, especially for solo travellers who want a weekend of quiet away from the crowd of shimla.

I stayed with my friend in dc 2023. Pros: 1. Clean rooms with balcony and beautiful view. 2. Helpful manager and staff. 3. Wi-fi. 4. Roadside parking. 5. Good food in decent price. 6. Electric kettle provided on demand. 7. Heater provided (at an additional cost) 8. Luggage & sightseeing assistance. 9. Most importantly you get all the basic amenities in a very nominal price. . Cons : 1. Stairs. (try to book deluxe rooms which are closer to reception and are a little high in tariff.

The property has all the basic required facilities. The view is just too beautiful and we witnessed such a beautiful sunset from our balcony. The food is good too and prices are nominal. Roadside parking is available and they charge extra for heater. Luggage assistance is also provided. I think this is the best Hotel SnowFlake in narkanda in this budget.

This property is located at the center of the market from where skiing point was just at a 10 minutes walking distance. Food is good, although the options are less. There were no geyser in the rooms. Hot water supply was there with solar powered heaters but not available round the clock. Staff behaviour was quite good.

Snowflake offers very cute rooms (especially deluxe) with breathtaking view. Wake up to the sound of chirping birds and warm hospitality of the staff. If u are looking for a quiet and a getaway in the arms of raw nature, this is the place to surely be. Do try out trek to the Hatu peak. It is a wonderful experience.

Room was spacious and neat. Balcony offers a great view. Sunrise was amazing to witness from there. Food was okay, not very great but manageable depending on the item ordered. Staffs were very kind and helpful. Hotel is very close to bus stand and main market. Definitely recommend to others if staying in Narkanda.

The location of the Hotel SnowFlake is very beautiful. It is located in the main market but isn't noisy at all. The manager allowed us early check-in at 9 am without any extra charge. The room had a beautiful valley view from the balcony. Heater was provided at an extra charge. Food and overall service was good.

Property is located in very good place. The owner of the property is very kind and helpful l rooms are nee t and clean.

Room service rates were reasonable and speedy service

The only con i would say is that it doesn't have bathroom heaters ans relies on solar powered heaters which could be challenging if you are visiting during snow fall. Mostly at night. Food is decent and service is amazing

The rooms, view and other amenities were pretty good. The only thing was that the food price is tad costly.

It's a good and safe place to stay. Rooms are spacious, washrooms are clean and most important, the view is amazing from the room.

Hot water was not available. Hotel staff was courteous. Cleanliness was good. Food was good. There are lot of stairs to rooms which should be highlighted at the time of booking.
