Hotel Snowland Sonmarg

The Hotel Snowland Sonmarg was very good but I think it’s overpriced. The staff did not know how to operate the locker(basic for every Hotel Snowland Sonmarg that has a locker) and I had to wait for the staff who knew how to operate it so that he could assist me and i could keep my valuables in the locker. The room service literally never answers calls and so does the front desk. I had to literally leave my room each time i needed something to ask them for it. The only person who is courteous and has a smile on his face is Mr. at the restaurant. The other person at the restaurant has some attitude issues as he keeps staring without having a smile on his face(maybe he is just unhappy with his job). Pretty much Everyone except for Mr. is rude at the property. The Hotel Snowland Sonmarg just prides itself in having hosted salman khan when he was there for his shoot but how do i care about it when they can’t provide me good service? Obviously Salman Khan would’ve got special treatment because of his celebrity status but when you cannot respect the common man coming at your property i think you should only take bookings from celebrities in that case. If you have a lot of money to waste please throw it at this property and regret later 😊 plenty of other options in Sonmarg so please make a wise choice 😊

The Hotel Snowland Sonmarg has to be one of the bests in sonmarg. The view is fabulous, the staff is extremely sweet and food is great! however when we visited, the Hotel Snowland Sonmarg was not fully functional - the rooms had fireside heater missing, the bathtub was leaking and the Hotel Snowland Sonmarg turns of heating for almost 12/24 hours which is a big bummer & the same issue is not in other properties. Ideally the Hotel Snowland Sonmarg should have mentioned beforehand that some amenities would be missing because it had just started or subsidised the Hotel Snowland Sonmarg cost.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Snowland Sonmarg. Everything about the Hotel Snowland Sonmarg was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I have been to many places in india and abroad but never have i witnessed hospitality like this. We had an 18 month old and those with kids know that we have specific requirements. In case of snow land they followed every instruction and went out of their way to help us. Special thanks to zubair who kept answering our sometimes unreasonable demands with a smiling face. Lovely Hotel Snowland Sonmarg with a lovely view in a lovely place!

The location of the Hotel Snowland Sonmarg is beautiful. The view from every room is amazing. Food quality is just too good compared to any other property in entire kashmir. Rooms are very clean and cosy with all basic amenities provided. Room service is very prompt and the staff takes efforts to fulfill your needs. Only negative aspect is that the windows are very large and no privacy if curtains are open.

We booked premium room with view on both sides, one side it was river and mountains another side. Room size was big enough with balcony. I have only one concern that some renovation work was going on right below our room, so there was severe paint and polish smell which made our stay little uncomfortable because on this smell. I would recommend this property for stay.

The best part of this property is it's location. The rooms have both glacier view and river view. The property has been redone recently and the rooms are fantastic. The food is good but the only issue is they don't have any room service as of now so you have to come and eat in the restaurant. Rest everything great! probably the best pick in sonamarg.

Location is great. But the Hotel Snowland Sonmarg is over hyped. Rooms are not worthy for 18k. Small rooms and the food is also average and they don’t offer room service for lunch & dinner which is wrong if somebody wants to enjoy in room they can’t. They have to buy a buffet lunch & dinner which is not at all tasty. Waste of money.

Allover Hotel Snowland Sonmarg was good nice property nice location. But Hotel Snowland Sonmarg manager was rude. He directly denied us to give food in room service.

Property is located right near the point where trek for thajiwas glacier starts. Their suite room is well heated and we enjoyed its snooker and jacuzzi a lot.

Location was the best part about this Hotel Snowland Sonmarg. You could see the snow clad mountain from the Hotel Snowland Sonmarg. Hotel is nearby to the taxi stands where you get cabs for sightseeing. Food was -not bad. Kahwa served was very good. Service was okay

I stayed with my family at snow land on 3rd of june 2017. It was a very good experience at snow land. Location is excellent. Food quality at restaurant is poor. But overall very good option at sonamarg.

The view of Hotel Snowland Sonmarg was very nice the location is like just don't go any where seat outside the room, need to stay 2 more days but it wont possible for me I have booked all the journey of ahead. Staff is very helpful

Excellent location and food service. Worth money you spent. Morning walk gave me heavenly feel. Service was excellent in rooms too. My one night stay was quite insufficient. Room space was very tight.
