Hotel Soft Petal

Our booking started on a bitter note as the Hotel Soft Petal wanted us to cancel our valid booking to suit their offline booking to a marriage party. However the matter was sorted out with the intervention of mm t and the Hotel Soft Petal staff were very polite and caring after our arrival. The Hotel Soft Petal doesn't have a functional restaurant but fetch quality food for you no matter what you need. The Hotel Soft Petal has only one parking space which they gave me for my use. Overall a good Hotel Soft Petal with value for money. Rooms were good.

The Hotel Soft Petal is newly constructed. So the facilities are nicely working. The room with the attached bath was neat and clean, well lit. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Food was good and delivered within 30minutes of placing the order. Staff were courteous. The only thing that can be pointed out is that there were no channels on the tv to watch. I don't understand why Hotel Soft Petals provide tv when the cable connection hasn't been recharged. For the rest, thumbs up!

I and my younger sister stayed for 7 days in Hotel Soft Petal soft petal. It was a great experience. They provide awesome service, like cutlery, everyday room and bathroom cleaning, free wi-fi, lift availability. Staff is very polite and always present for guest's help. They always think of guest's comfort & never disturb. Location of Hotel Soft Petal great and near chowk so no hassle of transportation. Ambience is good. A must stay without hesitation!

Staffs are obedient and serve with smiling face. Hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are small but some rooms are having balcony. Hotel is located very near to karur chowk. On the other side, there are few options for meals/breakfast. There is room for improvement in taste of foods. Overall a very good stay.

It was pleasant stay on staying in Hotel Soft Petal soft petal.. Room are clean nd spacious, pricing was geniune, staff are good, food are tasty they follow the instructions very well.location also.. perfect 5 on 5 ⭐ Star for every thing..😊

It was a good stay. The towel given wasn't very clean but the room was good. In tv no channels were subscribed. Food was good

Unexpectedly i found it extremely value for money stay. Never seen such big rooms with very large balcony. Well maintained and good staff behavior. Food is not also bad overall best for family. Here are some images of my room

It's value for money, staff were very co-operative, food is good, rooms are clean and over all it was a good stay. The owner and the manager were always present to help the guest for everything.

most of the value tor money Hotel Soft Petals at Ranchi are poor from the view point of location and soft patel is same. specially good point of Hotel Soft Petal soft patel is its cleanliness. car parking is limited.

The rooms are very good, staffs are very good. Located in the road side so easy to get a cab. Located in the middle of the market area.

Nice and comfortable stay. Very good place to stay in ranchi with clean and spacious room. Service was very good. They have restaurant from where you can order food in you room.
