Wonderful property, smooth check in, clean Toilets, Big Balcony. Would love to visit again. Lift facilty, 24x7 Electric supply. Last but not the least children friendly.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel. The overall property is nice and they also have parking available, which is very convenient. The location is decent and easy to find. However, the washroom could have been a bit cleaner. If they improve the cleanliness of the bathroom, it would make the stay much better. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay.

Great experience, greater food, please come here for excellent food and hospitality.

most of the value tor money hotels at Ranchi are poor from the view point of location and soft patel is same. specially good point of hotel soft patel is its cleanliness. car parking is limited.

Furniture inside the room is semi finished. There is no dining hall restaurant inside the hotel.

Unexpectedly i found it extremely value for money stay. Never seen such big rooms with very large balcony. Well maintained and good staff behavior. Food is not also bad overall best for family. Here are some images of my room

The hotel is newly constructed. So the facilities are nicely working. The room with the attached bath was neat and clean, well lit. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Food was good and delivered within 30minutes of placing the order. Staff were courteous. The only thing that can be pointed out is that there were no channels on the tv to watch. I don't understand why hotels provide tv when the cable connection hasn't been recharged. For the rest, thumbs up!

My experience has been very bad. There was nothing in the name of amenities. There was neither a table nor a clean chair in the room, nor was the room arranged properly. The blankets were very dirty and the quality of the food was absolutely bad.

The hotel is in a good place. But the hotel which is attached to this hotel is starting at 8:00 am only. So for the people who took the free breakfast option when booking will never get food as they will move to visit at 8 : 00 am. Even they will not provide hot drinking water at 6:00 am in winters. Even tea is also not available. The restaurant and food facility was not good and everything was fantastic.

Staffs are obedient and serve with smiling face. Hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are small but some rooms are having balcony. Hotel is located very near to karur chowk. On the other side, there are few options for meals/breakfast. There is room for improvement in taste of foods. Overall a very good stay.

The rooms are very good, staffs are very good. Located in the road side so easy to get a cab. Located in the middle of the market area.

It's value for money, staff were very co-operative, food is good, rooms are clean and over all it was a good stay. The owner and the manager were always present to help the guest for everything.
