I booked the hotel online because it showed that rooms were available and i did the payment online . But when i went there they said rooms are full and refund will be done from make my trip . so i called make my trip and told them my issue , after agreeing they sent the refund invoice to the hotel . Still no response from the hotel management . if they had no rooms available why did it show me online that rooms were available . hope this message finds you and I request a refund cause i didn't stay at the hotel and still paid for it
