Very very good. Food quality is good. House staffs are good. Property is in good location. Staffs are also good. More than satisfied.

Staying at sonar bangla was a great experience. All the staff member's behaviour was very polite & warm.The room service was very prompt and the hotel itself offers very good quality food.The location of this hotel was very near to mall road.Overall it was a very nice experience

I had an excellent stay. The staffs were very friendly, caring and cooperative. The rooms were absolutely neat and tidy and well maintained. The food was absolutely homely and made with care and tasted superb. I had a small child with me, and I didn't face any trouble staying over here. Next time , whenever I visit Darjeeling, i will again come in Sonar Bangla. 

The location is very close to the mall road, the food quality is excellent, and the service is also good.

The location and service is very good. Food is homely and tasteful. Car will drop in front of the hotel. But there is no lift. Also, the stairs are quite steep.

1. Proper location 2. Food is too good! Specially their Shukto 3. Behaviour of staffs is too good 4. Rooms are cozy and warm. 5. One can be lucky to see Mount Kanchenjungha from the balcony of lobby.

Located near Mall Road. The hotel's service was excellent, the rooms were clean, and everything was good. The food was decent. I would definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends.

We stayed at Sonar Bangla Hotel, Darjeeling for one night in a six-bedded family room. The hotel’s location is quite good and convenient for exploring the main areas of the town. However, our room was located in the basement, which limited the view and natural light.As far as amenities are concerned, basic facilities were provided but slippers were missing, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff behaviour was polite and helpful, which made the stay comfortable overall.The breakfast spread was very limited, offering only poha, parathas, and sandwiches. A few more options would have made the experience better.Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay, mainly for its location and courteous staff, but there’s scope for improvement in room amenities and breakfast variety

My staying experience at Sonar Bangla Darjeeling is average. It is very tough to go upstairs without lift. No storage space available in room. Not a value for money at all. Food is also average. The only good thing about this property is their staff is very helpful and cordial.

nice hotel,staff are courteous and responsive.Mr chintu was specially very helpful and ever smiling. rooms were good,though a bit congested.linen was clean there were no table or chair,no space for those.we stayed in a room with double bed separated by a partition, there was only one tv, but it was not placed on foot end of the bed, rather on one side .there was no almirah in the room.electric kettle was there,so was the usual tea bags and sugar.bathroom was good.food was good,kids had bo complaint.there is no parking in the hotel overall good experience,but there are scope for improvement

it was ok stay. firstly they gave rooms of top floor of which roof was very down but then next day they changed the room which was good

I have requested for refund as ai have not stayed. The same was informed very early. Yet to get the refund. Make my trip was supposed to get back within 2 days. Booking was overcrowded.

I enjoyed my stay at hsb .Rooms are well furnished. I would definitely recommend hsb to my family and friends.

Room was good... but being on 4th floor and without lift was very tiresome. Not at all recommended for people beyond 50 years and if you have any breath issues.

Very good. Staff, food , location , view , room amenities. If you get super deluxe room views can be spectacular.
