Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapur

The stay was nice . But there are issues with the management there . We arrived the venue at 11.30 AM and although out check in time was 1 PM we were told that we will get hour room before time . But it got delayed further and further and we got our keys after the actual check in time of 1 PM. This was the common issues for almost all the people coming there before time . One of the persons started shouting harshly on them and he got his key well before time even though he arrived later than most of us . So, this was the management in reception . Bell boys were not available as there were only 3 of them with so many rooms and hence check in was delayed further . Other services are good . The food ordered for lunch arrived on time . Room ambience was good and the area around is pleasant to stay . Overall a good experience.

Beautiful and serene place to relax and unwind your mind from your daily troubles. Close to Mayapur temple and yet maintaining a safe distance from the local hustle . Nice rooms with very good restaurants and nice park and big swimming pool. And the river at the boundary is awesome.

The property is beautiful & well maintained.. location is away from Mayapur(12km).. it is at lonely place.. .. services and facilities need to improve.. reception people should provide better human touch.. morning breakfast is not great.

it was a wonderful experience with the Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapur's location, the massive spread of tasty foods, especially dal makhani and Lamb Chops. Rooms are clean, and overall ambiance was superb.

Awesome stay. Property was great, service was awesome. WiFi was slightly weak in the lobby area. Food was good. Overall it was a well deserved stay.

Hotel is good, property itself is lovely but we have requested multiple times to give room on 1st floor but they didn't provide. Restaurant quality could have been much better as per standard

Hotel was good.ambience was nice. Proper maintenance. Restaurant food quality was stale. We were served smelly chutney twice even after complaining. Watermelon in the breakfast was also bad quality.

Property is very good . Rooms are spacious & Bathroom also very clean . But their room service is little slow in response . Biriyani was yumm.

Good service, Food is excellent very nice, comfortable and pleasant stay. Location is very good. 😀
