Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapur

I will give few suggestions/ grievances regarding this expensive property. 1. Needs all from reception, security, room service to catering staff to undergo customer service training, they were rough not rude in dealing, slow services like my cable was not functional i asked them to rectify but it took them full day to fix it. Polishing required. 2. One large bill board is there but additional signage board especially arrow showing the road towards the Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapur sonar bangla mayapur to be put. 3. Road condition from main road to Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapur is horrible, muddy & not even. Needs immediate attention. 4. Food also needs improvement ( complimentary buffet breakfast) should have been more tasty.

Our stay at Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapur sonar bangla mayapur was such a wonderful experience. Though it is a bit far from iskon mayapur temple, but once you reach the resort it's worth that half an hour of traveling. Once you reach the property it's all greenery in and around, the rooms are huge with all the aminities. We had taken pool side gilla and once you enter the romm the sight of the blue pool is so calming and relaxing. Me being a nature liver loved the ambiance and surrounding of the resort. All the staff members be it at the reception desk, housekeeping and restaurant are very warm and caring. Overall it was a great experience.

The stay was really good. It gives a feeling that you are in the lap of the nature. The river side lawn is really beautiful and a constant cool breeze always flowing. The swimming pool is quite large and well maintained. The place is far from crowd and noise and gives a great feeling of serenity. The spa is in advance stage of construction and expected to be operational by june'23. A proper place for relaxing one's body and mind.

Probably the best stay among all sonar bangla Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapurs, great helpful staff with smiles always, arrange all whatever we needed, awesome complementary breakfast in a lovely spacious and decorated atmosphere, the largest swimming pool ever i visit and all the rooms are pool facing, maintained garden and the cafe with spa are the added attraction. Lifetime experience at affordable price.

Hotel facility was awesome, staff was very helpful. But the entrance road to Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapur is horrible, there's no road actually. Hotel should provide at least a sign board stating name of the Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapur and should provide street lights. Such a remote place beside the highway, without proper entrance road is not acceptable considering reputation of sonar bangla.

Promptness and availability of reception staff on time should be improved. Breakfast menu to include more options like only two fruits were there and no sprouts etc. These can be improved. Rooms have good balcony, however cleanliness of the balcony to be improved and should cleaned. Thanks. Driver rooms or dormitory should be available which is not there.

A very pleasant and comfortable resort. While the approach road is under development, the resort location us picturesque with a lot of greenery, both ina and around. The property is well maintained, the facilities are very good, restaurant, panjari, serves very good variety of cuisines. The staff are very hospitable. Overall, an excellent stay.

Overall the best Hotel Sonar Bangla Mayapur sonar bangla property i have stayed in across various cities in west bengal. The duplex room was just great with pool view and what an amazingly sprawling pool they have. Special mention about the house keeping staff who were quite prompt in their service and humbly attended to all our requests.

Location is not bad, they should put some cignboard on the highway it is bit difficult to find the property after dark. Food is ok, amenities good the property is well maintained and the staff is good and polite
