Hotel Sonar Bangla Sundarban

The whole experience was above my expectation. The staff is extremely courteous and went above their job to meet our wants. Spotting a tiger in sudarbans is rare but hospitality and serene experience is a surity at HSB

Food is really good and tasty. Room is awesome, big balcony. Even we stayed in a basic category room, did not feel at all. Indian, continental, Bengali, and Chinese options are there. Food is a little costly because of remote location.

The biggest problem was food quality was not upto the mark..and at times it was poor..property was decent enough..

Everything was just in place, excellent and very, very very, very good and staying at HSB is an experience in itself. You don't have to plan anything. They will arrange everything for you right from the time you step in Godkhali . You'll be taken care of. I just love the ambience. I loved the food. I loved my stay enjoyed really, really, really thank you so much, HSB. Thank you.

The location is great. Service is very average. The rooms are very nice. However the service is not good. It was pouring in Sunderbans and we had to walk from the room to the restaurant- we asked for an umbrella. They never had one. The rooms were not made before we checked in. We had to call up multiple times and wait for a few hours for them to tidy the rooms. The food was average. Lacking seasoning, salt etc and strangest of all the buffet breakfast has MAGGI as a dish !!

The property was neat and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly.

I booked for 3 adults but arrangements was as per 2 only . I had to call them for 3rd person arrangements. In food menu they had pork so my mushlim friend did not had anything neither I No parking facility they have provided . For everything we had to pay extra .

not the most professional. i'd say it is a 3star property nothing more.poor communication between staff members, boat ride guy doesnt coordinate for food if you take a private safari costed 3× times the shared safari. lots of hidden charges that are not told upfron

No hospitality feeling. Upon approaching the hotel for a breakfast carry away, rude staff not ready to assist and pathetic food packed

Hotel was good but staffs where not active for one thing you need to call housekeeping and restaurant 3-4 times after that also they are so late for a single Whater bottel

very average stay . Property is beautiful but room looks bit run down. linen cones with stain. No amenities provided even though that was mentioned in booking . I booked a suit room but tv doesn’t work . inadequate lights
