The hotel room is spacious and very clean. Also the staff behaviour is very polite and courteous. The hotel location is also very accessible and good.

The room was impeccably clean and the food was delicious. I could not have asked for a more comfortable, safe and a cleaner space for my stay.

Food and services are horrible. Never supply the ordered items. I am allergic to chillies and nit consuming onion garlic. Even after speaking to chef directly, never get the required food. They served in all prepared curry and i suffer allergy. In the washroom, there were no body wash etc in either of the dispenser and i realized this once i was wet. Yesterday full night i was fighting with mosquitoes in the room and till 3am i ***** reception several times to supply repellent and they always assured that it's on way but never got. Even i gone to reception also but of no use. Horrible

Services not good we call to room service to bring milk powder for coffee making (all other material available only milk powder not available but nobody are come for milk power we calling 2 times not body respoing

Very good hotel with good amenities. The location is excellent as it is connected to the mall. A bit disappointed with the parking facility. They provide free parking for guests but it is the same as the mall and when it's full you'll have to park somewhere else.

I stayed in this property for a night. It is a compact and no frill hotel for business travellers. The room and washroom was clean and basics were in place. The bed could definitely be more comfortable.

It's a good experience, but at the time of check in reception staff is not good but check out reception staff is very good
