Very uncourteous staff. No hot water was coming in the taps. when complaint, they did do anything. after an Hour when was upset, Requested for Hot water bucket, like it is given in a Lodge. in my 42 years of traveling journey this was the worst experience I faced.

Had a great experience overall. The staff was outstandingly supportive, and the location is perfect for shopping and exploring the city. The only drawback was the restaurant menu prices, which were quite high, so we preferred eating out. I recommend booking with meals included for better value. Great choice for families and travelers!

Clean decent place without any disturbance . Good sleep I had . Relaxing after the days hectic work . Will always recommend as VFM.

from my checkin to stay everything was very bad. I booked an executive room but during checkin I was given an Standard room when I matched with the image in the booking. The Receptionist said that they never updated that the executive room was listed wrongly. More over the bedsheet and quilt both were wo dirty that both of us got rashes all over our body. Would never recommend this unless you need a hotel close to metro

The property is located very close to karol bagh market & karol bagh metro. Its a good substitute if you dont want book bloom hotel around it. The staff if nice, overall its worth the money.

It was very bad experience. I was get early at morning just approximately 5 o clock and when i asked for got water for bath then hotel staff told my hot water will came after 6o clock. What a stupid answer. And i was taken bath with cold water in this winter temperature. And night time gave order for dinner at hotel and i received my food after almost 2 hours when i asked why late gave food the hotel staff told we make fresh food. It was my very bad experience for this hotel

Its average stay as washrooms are pathetic without lock and very small size. Overall stay is average, located at market area.

I booked this hotel for my delhi tour (with family) as it's near by karol bag metro station. There check in time is 12 pm. We reached hotel at 2pm. First of all they not found my reservation in their system, then they ask me from where i booked. After sometime they found my reservation and provide me a room. Once i enter in the room found that was small in size (as it's their deluxe category room but i booked the top most category room which is executive room, so i denied to stay in that room. Now the manager asked me to show my payment receipt. As i have applied a coupon in the time of booking the payment amount is less. Then manager told me that you pay only this much amount for that they can provide only deluxe category room. Then i shared the booking receipt where clearly mentioned that i booked a executive category room. After 1. 5 hour argument they provide me the room which i have booked. But in my bad when i entered the room it's not clean again we waited 45 min in the reception then they provide us the room. Terrible experience.

The hotel gave us a different room than shown on the platform. The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom had makeshift walls. At check out the person at the reception tried to charge us for the water we didn’t have. . The room given to us was not the room shown in the pictures. The bathroom was bult with makeshift walls, that really put me off. At check-out the person tried to charge me an extra 60rs for water i didn't have neither their staff checked the room or the mini bar. They just tried charging me like it was standard practice. Will not recommend this room. I didn't take pictures as the room was very underwhelming.

Room was clean and neat. Breakfast can be improved. Though we could not stay back for longer period, i would recommend this hotel for longer stays.

Located close to karol bagh market and karol bagh metro station in a quiet lane, adjacent to a small park. Rooms are spacious. Some overlook the adjoining park. Housekeeping is good. I like their breakfast. I've stayed here on multiple occasions in the past and have every intention to stay here again.
