Hotel South Avenue

The place was pretty decent for a family stay and rooms were clean and close access to Railway station and bus stand

Not a great one, very bad restaurant and food is not at all upto mark. No basic toiletries provided. Staff is good.

Good location but maintenance is average. Some odour is there that will be need to rectify then that also somewhat good.

*Good affordable stay* The location of the property is within the city. There is ample parking space as well. The rooms were good enough with clean bedsheets and towels. The staff were friendly. Overall it's a recommendable budget hotel.

Very worst.. pl dont go there.. foul smell .. very conjested.. they dont even change the mat or bed cover anything even after several compliants

we checkin two hours earlier. for that they charged ₹200.00extra. dirty linen,stained switches, broken locks, cobweb and dust settled on bed headbord. staff on dirty uniforms. totally inhygienic .we booked for two nights.but we checked out after one nights stay. please see photos I took.

I had a bad experience with this property. it's like a local lodge. I didn't expect this kind of property I won't suggest this hotel to anyone.

My stay was comfortable. The room and the facilities were good. The location was excellent as it is walking distance to the old bus stand and from there there are buses plying to the new bus stand where i could board mofussil buses to go to other towns.

It was good. And there were all the basic amenities.

We are travel-ling to tirunelveli for the pilgrimage. Just needed a decent hotel for night stay. Found the south avenue with best budget option. So booked executive ac room(hotel only have one type of rooms) checkin was very smooth. Room is very clean. Ac is working good and chill. Individual water geysers equipped in the bath room. Toilets are very clean. I dont know much about the staff support as my stay was overnight. Location is little tight, but have ample amount of parking space for the cars. Overall very satisfied. Re-booked the same hotel for the next day also.

It was a good budget hotel. The people were kind and helpful. The room was good for 2 people, pretty tight for 3 people. I stayed with my spouse and daughter. They were kind enough to extend my checkout time for a minimal charge since my daughter was un well.

Not good. Room has no ventilation mattress and bedsheets have some insects toilet is very dirty wash basin sink has no hose below. Water splashing on legs. Ac air has smell
