The hotel is under renovation, but the room was clean & decent. It's 2 minutes walking distance away by the beach & the famous night market is out of the hotel, a little bit overpriced but overall it's a good deal.

The hotel was actually under renovation which was not notified during the booking, only 2 water bottles were provided for the whole stay, bath room floor mat was not changed, bath towel wasn't changed, one good thing about the hotel is it's attached restaurant and the food was good

. this holtel is under renovation ground and first floor were under construction.. every where dust and smell of filthy paint. it was terrible to stay in the hotel. never ever go in this hotel

Very good stay in hotel, room was clean and spacious, food was also good test, smoothly check in by mr. Neeraj, he was good guys and also polite behavior, F/b guys mr. Yogesh such a doing really good job.. The hotel was under renovation and the hotel had not informed me earlier . when I was called for confirmation the day before arrival the hotel staff said your hoke was not available hence we couldn't inform you that our hotel was under renovation. however few of the old rooms were available with a lot of smell and cockroaches in the room .

The location is Good but the rooms are dull and have a lot of smells, cockroaches seem to have roams around tablets , food is good , best to go for a foodie instead of a stay

The hotel is under renovation and most of the room stinks. But the staff is very good. They gave us rooms in another hotel managed by them. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Location is good. Overall the hotel is ok but for now it may be avoided. once the renovation is over it will be good.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because the sea is close by and I enjoyed the view from there, the special feature of this hotel is that the vegetable food here is very good and the service is also very good, the nature of the staff is also very good.

Rooms are so dirty and tiles are broken and too many cockroaches

Improper amenities, poor hygiene, unclean and used bedsheets were provided. Cockroach infested room. Breakfast was good though.

It's the mistake of Make MyTrip who allows such hotel on his website. MMT has to check their process before onboarding any such property. After my this review whatever reason hotel staff gives or MMT. If MMT is serious about his image or brand only add 2 below processes : 1. Dont onboard any hotel by sitting in office or based on photos recieved by property owner. Property owners knows loopholes in your process and this type of hotels are proof of the same. 2. Cancellation facility must be till checkin time in case description and pictures of hotel is not matching with property or room provided to customer. Also there must be penalty to property owner. Would be good also if room number also provided at the time of booking. Now coming to main point, review of the hotel. It was like you are staying near to garbage or sewerage plant for ground floor, where manager alloted us room. He said, " yehi room milega " it was my personal effort or you can say argument with him for 15 minutes to get something okay okay at 3rd floor, as had no other options even after paying per room on weekdays. Thats why the title " MakeMyTrip make mistakes and customer pays.
