HOTEL SPARK

The room is neat and clean having sufficient ventilation. But water flow from the taps is very slow and hot water geyser is not working.

There is no parking place. Had to park on the road side. Bedsheets were dirty, mini cockroachs roaming in the room, stinking smells in the room and the list goes on. MMT shows the rooms will be provided with Water bottles which was denied by property. we were asked to take it from common dispenser kept in hall way. Hotel name is business class which by nomeans close to it by even 10%.

It was a pleasant stay, The receptionist was very cooperative. Food was not provided, it's near to akkarai beach and near to vijay multiplex easily accessible. The room was well cleaned and maintained.

Look at the bedsheet color which is not matching with blanket.. Very dirty & smelly blanket...

The room was ok but the blanket was very dirty, it had multiple marks and it was not clean. So, we used our own blankets taken from home.After one day after I went to reception to ask clean 3 Times.After 3rd Time they sent the staff. Apart from that all was ok.

1.Location is superb, sholinghnalur junction. 2.Transportation and eateries are abundant. 3.Easily identifiable , alongside to KFC and just across the road to Taj Vivanta. 4.Rooms are neat and the stairways and corridor look smart 5.The three bedroom is excellent and great value for money by space and facilities. 6.The multicuisine restaurant at ground level unfortunately never tried it. 7. Booking was done via MMT followed by physically checking the premises and rooms etc. and compared to several hotels turned out to be the best. 8. All communcations were clear crisp and duplicated 9. Overall comfortable stay and great value for money.

Very unclean in room. The worst of everything is the bedspread was very worst. I think they don’t move bedspread to laundry. Very irresponsible service from staff. The service person was not responding for any complaints. Totally very bad experience..

Cleanliness is average and there were stains on the sheets they have provided.Services and amenities were good

The property was not clean. The bedsheet and comfort all were not white anymore, including the towels.

Food is not good, unhygiene conditions o room, Dirty water in Toilet, delay in room service etc.

Rooms are very small. Bathroom flush was not working. To change the room asked extra amount

The rooms are compact yet comfortable, suitable for two people. However, accommodating a third person might feel a bit congested. There are no issues regarding payment, and no extra charges are demanded.

my friend suggested this hotel, the hotel is decent and I had a very nice experience. services all good.

great experience. rooms were clean. staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were also clean and necessary things like soap, shampoo, oil were provided.
