Loved the way the stay was handled. Compared to the price stay was luxurious. Clean hygienic spacious room attended by helpful staff. Food was delicious. Will come back someday again. Location was at the heart of city.

Stayed there for a night with my family in a non AC room, the room had a big bed and was clean so is the bathroom. The location is in the heart of the town but thankfully it has a parking place. But one rude man in the reception ruined what would had been a perfect stay. On the first day he threw the room key over the counter when I went to collect it after an outing. During checkout, I was shocked when he rudely demanded me to pay in cash as he stated that they have not received the money I paid to MMT, I immediately called MMT to complain but the girl in the reception who was friendly unlike the man made some calls to sort out the issue and thankfully it was sorted out in time so I told the MMT representative who was on line that the matter had been solved! I would like to stay there again and even suggest other travelers to stay there but I hope I don't have to come across that man again! He will make the Hotel Spark, which is otherwise very good place, lose more customer.
