I had booked the Deluxe Standard Room. Bathroom shower was not working, no telephone to call reception, AC was not functioning well, most terrible is used condom was in the drawer. Not to much cleaned, So, I checked out before oneday as I have booked.

Only good thing about the hotel is its location ......rest everything was really bad......room was damp... it was smelly.....really bad

One of the worse maintenaed property.Ac not working.bad and filthy smell .i left the place immediately and they assured of refund through mail and was informed by call centre.But nothing really happened.I regret booking that hotel.

I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished with all modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I especially enjoyed the breakfast it had a wide variety of delicious options, both local and continental. The location of the hotel is also ideal, close to metro station and major attractions and easily accessible. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness throughout the stay. Overall it is good to stay there, but if you order foods from hotel it took too much time . They don't take serious about it. I ordered my lunch since 11:30 AM and got at 3:00 pm we have to called again and again to get our lunch... please take care of this.

Location is the only factor that is good. I had opted for complimentary breakfast but there is no restaurant in the hotel, some personnel is sent out to fetch breakfast and it takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The management must be truthful, if they do not have a restaurant they should abstain of providing breakfast. Overall maintenance is extremely poor, torn bed sheet, unscientific ducting of A/c pipes in the bathroom, in fact there was a big opening on the roof left uncovered in the bathroom , ladies were afraid to enter the toilet, unfriendly staff in the reception.

Very nice. I stayed very pleasant during those days and very safely. I have found through make my trip app. No food service is available. Overall service is good.
