Even after confirming the stay with advanced payments 2 days before. The property denied us the rooms at first. Thanks to make my trip support team (mr. Prince) we were able to get the rooms. (after 1 hour of hassle) parking location is 3 blocks away from the hotel ( where we have to park and get back. Still i am rating above average because. The rooms are well maintained, restaurant ambience is really good.

The employees were very rude they are refusing to give even water, i have asked for ro water or normal drinking water which is in non chargeable basis, that also they refused to give, manager mr. Ramu is very rude to customers and behaving harsh.

Struggled with family and kids in the middle of the night. No rooms allocated even with a confirmed booking with a premium price tag. Terrible experience, faced challenges of no accommodation in the middle of the night. Worst management, greedy people, renting the same accommodation to someone else whilst having a confirmed booking.

familyThe staff is warm and helpful l but the management is just the opposite. Car parking is in an open building without any shed. The reception number is never working. They are not able to manage anything beyond there stipulated timings.

Room and bathroom was neat. Hygiene was good. Wifi seemed to have a problem. Parking for self driven vehicles is slightly away so i used the road opposite for parking. Breakfast is not a buffet but as per requirement which is fine. Service was good. Location of hotel is slightly inside from highway. Highly suitable place for a business like stay.

Its near to highway peaceful, no noise, little out from city, book as per your requirement, breakfast is good but buffet not available, dental and shaving kit also not available, reception staff can speak only Hindi in day time.

Stayed for 1 night with breakfast options. Rooms were very good and clean and bot lunch and breakfast was very good and tasty. Excellent service by the staff and overall a good experience. Only problem was car parking is not in the property but was in opposite road although it's nearby only.
