Hotel SRI ANNAMALIAYAR RESIDENCY

There is no proper water management and bathroom facilities are also not maintained. I raised the complaint but there is no proper response.

They don't have any person for servicing

Please don't include these types of hotels in your listings. There was improper hygiene and no water supply in the bathroom. Additionally, I noticed rats roaming in the room and water leakage from the air conditioning unit. Very Worst Experience 😔😔😔

Worst experience ever. That room is not worth 1800 ₹. Problem with the wash room, broken flush, faucet, dirty washroom. I would not recommend it to anyone. Stinky room. The staff don't know the booking details either. And during checkout they wanted me to show the payment receipt and questioned whether I paid the amount or not. Those details, I think they don't know how to check the booking details.

On feb 2, 2025, when i was booking a room the display said booking got cancel-led. So i booked another hotel for our stay suddenly we received a msg saying that your booking got confirmed and my amount from the account has been debited which in turn make a loss for us. Helpdesk was also contacted and they said the refund will be initiated

Rooms are spacious but not maintained, no intercom

The room was not clean & smelled bad. The room that was shown on make my trip was not given. Very poor service.

All fine. But found some people came purposely for drinking alone. I didn't find difficult since i came alone

Room was comfortable and value for money. Desk staff were courteous. Rooms were large. Centrally located.

The hotel is not at all clean, only one water ( 1 lit) bottle for three persons given as complimentary for the first day only and rest we had to pay, the bed linens have stains, no restaurant facility. Overall a very poor show and not recommended at all for family stay

Hotel rooms were dirty, only 2 towels were provided for 5 persons in two rooms. Despite calling for 5 times we didn’t get towel,

V hv stayed for a night & is very close to bus stand and saravana restaurant. Rooms are very clean & stay was very peaceful

Hotel does not provide food or tea, but available in adjacent building. But its a calm and comfortable stay.

Poorly maintained property. Zero facility. Staffs are behaving like granted. No locks in the bathroom. I booked for 3 adults and paid in advance as well. After multiple requests extra bed provided.

The air condition started pouring out water after 30 minutes on. Informed at desk more than once, instead of calling a/c technician sent an attendant who surprisingly gave a towel to place on floor for falling water to be absorbed. So decided not to on a/c during our entire stay, just used ceiling fan only. This is severe deficiency of service as i had booked clearly a/c room. The bathroom quickly gets flooded, exit point for waste water issue here.

No proper maintenance. Toilet flush not working. Water flow in taps found very less. Room inside lot of crockoch.

Worst amenities & services, their was not water coming in bath taps, ac water was coming from roof and falling on head while going and coming inside bathroom, bedsheet & quilt cover was so dirty & lift was having prob and we all was shucked inside. We asked for the water bottle 3 -4 time and it never reached to us till checkout, some how we have arranged water, food from outside in person. I will never stay there and will no recommend to any one for this property.
