It was a good experience. Room was clean and neat. Food arrangement was better. we got sufficient hot water to drink and bath. People are supportive. Overall stay was good.

personally dint like the hygiene, it was a good stay but over priced, 1 start hotel.

This was a pleasant stay with my family..kind support by care taker and the parking space is good..the room was neat & clean..24hrs hot water available..

The stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Rose Garden, Botanical Garden, and Commercial Street. There is parking space available for around 7 to 8 cars. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, breakfast was arranged at a nearby eatery, which was quite good. There are also plenty of other dining options in the area. The bathroom was decent, and hot water was available. Housekeeping was provided every two days. A kettle was available in the room, though tea and coffee sachets were not provided. I stayed in a room with two separate areas, accommodating four beds in total.

The location was good but the room was not clean and needed more improvement. The balcony was also not available as mentioned in the site. Regards

Sri Balaji Hotel has v spacious and big rooms. They have big family rooms which are well maintained. It's a hotel where all basic needs are properly met and the staff is v friendly and helpful.The owner is v helpful and a warm person.They make you feel comfortable. It's location is decent and near the main highway.It was a v good experience staying at Sri balaji hotel with family.

Bad experience. The actual owner wasn't there. The property is actually managed by his friend who's a construction supervisor. The cleaner guy is another filth who doesn't know the difference between clean and dirt.And the next day the driver was supposed to call the driver for us for the early morning check out at 5:30.The manager (owner's friend), but he didn't even contact the driver. Utterly disappointed. Rooms were not up to the mark. The room which was supposed to be given to us was preoccupied by the owner's friends. The manager did not even bother to clean it. Horrible. Avoid this place at any cost as it is almost 20kms away from the main city. It's in a deserted village in the hills. You'll have to pay Rs. 500 to the taxi walas (another loot association of Kodaikanal) to get there from the main city..The manager friend was promoting his own hotel. I just want to tell the owner don't blind trust your friend buddy. Verify your self sometimes. And lastly I want to convey the message to the manager -You cook dal rice and potato thali for two people for Rs. 650? Poor guy. You could have just asked for the money from us like a beggar. We would have happily given you the money just like that.

I visited ooty with my family. I had a very good experience with the stay and the staff was very very helpful, and very kind. We had some issues with room and requested change of room and they agreed without any hassle, helped us with our luggage. There is 24x7 hot water, and close to main street and lot of restaurants in the viscinity. The rooms are very clean and neat and well maintained. I would recommend it if you ar travelling in group, friends, couple or family.

Despite the high ratings on the site, the hotel is very mediocre. The rooms aren't well maintained and an executive room for three is very small. The bathroom was moderately clean but the property was in dire need of maintenance. Service was good, we received breakfast coupons.

Good for familiy, rooms for 4 people are available with 2 queen size beds. Clean rooms and washrooms, hot water available all time. Good parking space. Owner is very cooperative, he can help you to get ooty tour packages in very reasonable price. Overall nice stay here

We had a good experience of staying in the hotel. The only thing that's bad was the tv was not showing off all the tv channels but that was not a deal breaker.

Hotel rooms ok. No restaurant. Only one boy available. Room service is not sufficient. Only one boy available.

It was a good place. There are many hotels, restuarants and other locations around walkable distance from the hotel. Sufficient open area around the hotel for kids to play safely. If you are going in off season then you may not get options for breakfast when they say 'breakfast included. It is better to have breakfast excluded if not going during the season.

Overall, the stay was nice. We felt homely while staying there. We had booked a family suite, and it was the best decision. The suite is very spacious, neat and clean. The 3 beds and the sofa give a comfy space to the entire family group. The parking space is also sufficient. The only thing which lacks is unavailability of food in the hotel premises, however, there are multiple eateries at walking distance. The hotel staff is polite and helpful.

Room is quite good and descent. Food is also tasty. Hot water available is also there. Room is very near to all the places.
