Hotel Sri Vigneshwara Comforts

They have demanded and colleted additional Rs 510, which includes MT commission and additional charges for 2nd person even ofter shown the booking confirmation. It's not at all acceptable and it's very desopointed.

I didn't given my room I want to complain this one I want money because of they didn't even me

Good location and the staff is really good. Parking is 50 meters away in a enclosed garage. Food you need to arrange from outside as i did not find any inhouse restautant. Amenities etc were all good. The place has a vintage vibe which will make you at home with the place

Please call me back hotel declined the stay saying we are not partnered with makemytrip. As i was on emergency didn’t contacted u yet

Hotel is not very good. Room service and conditions of bathroom is very average. Blankets and towels were very cheap quality.

initially staff mentioned room not available when i showed him my confirmation… staff said they are not aware of booking.. then i told them what to do and told i will complain.. then they have given one room which is not worth for money.. restrooms where not clean and neet.. we stayed only 4 hours due to travel.. but this should happen for other customers

Car parking facility is not available in hotel premises. Road side parking was available.

The Bath towels and toilet soaps are replaced. The water bottles was not served. Health faucet is leaking.

Room not cleaned well, average but not up to the mark

This is a great Hotel. Located rite next to the main Road. The place is very clean and has all basic facilities required to make your stay comfortable. Staff is very good and very well behaved. Like this place.

Customer receiving, service and treatment too bot good

I stayed here for just 6 hrs in the night and the amount paid was huge per night. The same facility room is available in less than this amount in Bangalore city. I may think other ways to book rooms. The room actually costs less amount. Very bad.

Location is good food we had from outside and room service was excellent.
Good courteous and helpful hotel staff readily obliged for any help they could do good location.

Sheets were a bit old. The blankets also need a freshening up.

Didn't found floor moped even instruction.

Bed bugs on bed, it's very poor maintenance.
