Our stay had not started on a good note but thanks to the Front desk incharge who made our stay memorable . he made sure that we got the best of the room with all the necessary amenities and service . Sorry to have forgotten his name but this gentleman is in the morning shift . Kudos to you . if possible to return to Hyderabad will definitely give another stay to these HOTEL SRIVEDA .
